Castle senior living was great when i first started working there. But after being there for 4 months i started seeing how the administrators operate. Everyday they call me and ask me to work other peoples shift and i always do willingly even when its last minute. But when its the other way around administration act like they cant help me find coverage just for a few hours Yesterday i was in a car accident left for dead & chased with guns. I called in and the administrator still wanted me to come into work while i was hurt & injured from my car being wrecked in a hit and run. I was never able to make it to the hospital due to commotion I called administrators the morning after stating i was coming to work but will be a little late because i need to seek medical attention she then said it will be counted as attendance occurrences when i was nearly left for dead. This is the same women that would call in and do the same thing if it was her husband or kids. So i dont understand why shes so special and it doesnt count for her. I never said i wouldnt come in for my shift its ridiculous. Even when i lost my brother the staff acted the same way as if i shouldnt have grieve time. They didnt offer me a few days off for being injured it was really unconsidered and ill hope they start treating they staff better or they just wont have people working here. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone at all !!
