      Window was installed is leaking to the outside world.i called and was told that window couldn't handle water hitting it. So why was it used. Why wasn't I told.

      After reviewing your complaint I have reviewed our service notes and you were going to send in service pictures. When I reviewed this the original order the window should have never been replaced with an operable window. This window does not go outside but to a backroom. Operable windows are designed to shed water or condensation to the exterior. I will contact you tomorrow to discuss a resolution to this.

      Mad City sent me 3 texts earlier in the day using the wrong name so I know they didnt get my number from me. *** also had this number for more than 20 years. It was about sales they had on windows and doors.They then proceeded to call me every 1/2 hr for over 7 hrs so far. How many of the same type of complaints have to be submitted against a company before there is some sort of repercussion? There needs to be more than just their typical response of removing the person from their call list. Get your act together ******** and stop harassing people!

      It has been more than a week since I submitted this complaint. ******* said to give it a few days for the request to funnel down to their affiliates. I have provided that time and calls continue to come.

      i have also filed a complaint with the *** as this number is on the Do Not Call list and I continue to be harassed.

      This company considered the case closed however it was not.

      i had to track down a number, call, and ask for a manager. I explained to ****** the situation and what the companys response was. After looking my number up she did confirm that it was flagged as do not call but said the submission was inputted incorrectly so it never truly flagged as do not call. 

      Once she made the changes I did get a text saying that I have been removed from their call Lists.

      MadCity needs to review their procedures on a number of things. 

      1. How many time per day and weeks do you try and get a hold of a potential customer before you stop the harassment and just remove them and move on?

      2. Process for removing people from their call lists. The person replying to this email said the case was resolved when in fact it was not and they continued to harass me.

      I did not accept their response that this case should be closed but after taking this into my own hands and tracking down the correct people this is finally closed after more than a month of trying to get this resolved

      Late ***** called ******** Windows who took over the business/warranty from New Windows for America regarding a warranty issue on 4 of my window screens and a night lock. They were very helpful, scheduled an appointment for July 1, we discussed screen size (2 oversized), they said they had all the information on file.July 1, tech rescreens 2 windows, says he doesn't have the necessary tools to rescreen the oversize screens and will have to take them and the night lock. He thought this would take about a week and said he would try to put a rush on it.MULTIPLE phone call attempts between myself and *******, the service manager, between then and July 18th before he set up for someone to come out earlier than their business hours on July 21.July 21, tech was to come out after 7am and assured that they would be gone by 9am as I had to leave. As we were pulling out of the driveway at 9:15am, a tech was pulling in. We advised the tech that they were supposed to have been there and gone and that we couldn't stay.MULTIPLE attempts to reach ******* between July 21 and sometime just before August 1, including a message left with the answering service.August 1, tech shows up to install the screens and night lock. Night lock installed, screens are bowed. Screens back and I ask the tech to have ******* call.MULTIPLE attempts to reach ******* between August 1 and August 4.August 5, tech shows up to install screens. Screens are bent and they keep the screens. I ask tech to have ******* call.MULTIPLE attempts to reach ******* between August 7 and August 13. Including one to whatever female gets voicemails for service issues, (on these later attempts, started leaving my email address).August 13, receive a voicemail from ******* that he sent me an email and proceeds to list off a different email than what I provided to him. I have now been informed that it will take 2-4 weeks to get new screens.Issue is still not resolved. HUGE issue that they don't answer phones!

      They need to stop calling me. They called me 18 TIMES from 1pm to just after 8pm yesterday. I blocked all the numbers and they just keep finding new ones to call from. They also never leave a message. It is out of hand!

      I'm receiving 5 to 10 calls per day from this company. As soon as I block one number, they call back on a different number. This has been happening for 3 weeks, and attempts to tell these people to stop calling is not working. I will not ever use this company based solely on the harassing manner of these calls. I want this company to stop contacting me.

      This business has called me 13 times since 3:40 pm yesterday - it is now 9:30 am. This has been from 7 different numbers so I cannot effectively block them as they keep using a new number. Delete my number from your records- these kind of business tactics klll my desire to ever do business with this company.

      This company called my phone SIXTEEN TIMES on Saturday 8/9, EIGHT TIMES Sunday 8/10, and as of 8:30 this morning they have already called twice. I am sick of this, I will never use this company for this reason. STOP CALLING MY NUMBER.

      Misled by in-home demonstration paid for premium windows, received lower-quality product with limited warranty. I purchased windows after an in-home demonstration of a high-quality triple-pane **** product with argon gas insulation, sturdy screens, and a full warranty. The sales *** used this product to justify a very high price, then dropped the price dramatically after a phone call. I agreed based on the quality shown.Months later, the installed product was clearly inferior: it allows noticeable heat transfer, lacks the demonstrated specifications, and came with flimsy half-screens that dont function properly. The warranty paperwork is limited, unlike what was presented during the sales pitch. No alternative products were offered, and I was not told the installed product would differ from the demonstration.This is misleading sales practice. I request either ***lacement with the demonstrated product or a substantial refund, along with corrections to deceptive warranty and pricing practices. Installers did a good job, but the product and sales experience were unacceptable.

      Put in a lead on their website to get a quote for a shower. Their first call was shortly after I put the lead in on their website at 8:15 on 8/****** forward to 8/8. I received phone calls at -9:42 9:47 11:31 11:32 12:34 Again at 12:34 1:36 Again at 1:36 2:36 2:38 3:38 3:40 4:40 4:41 5:42 There are 3 or 4 different numbers they used.I answered two of the phone calls and they hung up right away.Finally talked to someone and told them to never call me again.This has to be some form of harassment.

      They call me all the time and it is getting annoying. I will not use this company for any products because of a sales team, that calls everyday asking if I want too, buy anything 24/7
