I have asked this company to take me off their calling list multiple times. They will lay off the calls for a few weeks when asked and then start right back up once they think you've cooled off a bit. They are the most aggressive spam caller I've ever heard of/ seen. I've attached my August call log that shows just how aggressive, and they call from a lot of different numbers so you can't block them. I requested for the end time not to call me, and it looks like they are going to be starting all that again now.Business Response

I filled in an online questionnaire to get an emailed quote for a service. Adding a phone number ensured I was a "human". Within seconds, I received dozens of calls from various numbers. When I shared I was not interested, I was met with aggression questions. I asked on the phone and I replied back to numbers via text to kindly remove me from their list. I use my phone and number for business purposes and this is interrupting my day. Phone calls have not stopped and many times I am met with rudeness. In my opinion, this is a horrible business practice and I would not consider doing business with this company. That being said, I am formally requesting my number being taken off their call list.Business Response

I filled out an online inquiry for an estimate on a shower replacement on 7/16 and had a salesman from their company come out shortly after. We told the salesman no at the consultation, and I have since received non-stop marketing from them. I have unsubscribed from their emails, asked to be taken off of their call list on a recorded line, and replied stop to every text. I even got a text from ******, he said he was the owner of ********, asking if we were still interested or if they should close out my file. I said to close out my filebut they will not stop marketing to me. I dont want any money from them, but this feels absurd. I have asked them to stop multiple times but they have not.Business Response

******** had a young lady name Jasmine to come to my residence for a bathroom remodeling quote. Ive been through several people because its good to pick the best out of a selection of quotes. First of all, she went on and on after she found out I was looking to use another Company. She had gotten comfortable. I have no problems with her being young at all. But, I asked and told her not to run my credit report because I dont need a loan for the amount told to me because it wasnt worth it. A few days after that, I received a letter saying I was declined . That told me automatically that she ran my information anyway. My social was given to her for another option she had which was a down payment and installments to be made to pay it off. The young lady was at my house for four hours. ?? . I had to tell her to leave because I had to work. Im stunned at this because my social number was given and I was declined by letter. Now I was looking for another Company for better options. A better deal and worth running my report and when they did, it showed that I have an active account with ******** . Active account with no signature and declined. Where is the loan money? Wow, all day on 9/18/ 2025, Im calling back and forth to speak to ************************ to discuss this , Im given the run around to call *****************- ************ or 2101. I spoke to ******* and a lady name ***** to send me an email stating I dont have an active account. They did not send it and Im upset about the poor ***************** holding my personal information, using funds that I never authorized.Business Response

Continuing to receive unsolicited phone calls from this company. Every time I block one phone number, I receive multiple calls from another from this company. I have no interest working with a company that participates in harassment like this. Requesting no further contact from this company.Business Response

******** is calling me on average 5-6 times a day. I requested to be removed from their list four times and that seems to have only increased the calls. I block the numbers but they change every time. I had contacted them to inquire about a sliding door repair but had the work done by someone else. I explained I didn't need their services but they won't stop calling.Business Response

I contacted this company about a possible bid for kitchen cabinet refacing last week. I then looked at the information on the website and realized their process was not what we needed and promptly cancelled the appointment. Since then, I have received at least 8-10 calls a day. I have blocked the numbers but I am still getting calls from different phone numbers. Please ask Mad City to remove my phone number from their call list immediately. If this is how they conduct themselves professionally, we are no longer interested in doing business with them. Thank you.Business Response
