      One women installed our new bath/shower and doors. She was one GOOD worker! She hauled everthing new in and the old out by herself and did a great job. She was neat, clean and thorough! Top Job!

      We had our kitchen cabinets fronts replaced and the crew was excellent to work with. They were professional, prompt and polite. They delivered exactly what we asked for.We very recently had our bathtub removed and the shower stall done. We love it!

      Wonderful job. The crew was very professional and prompt. Jose installed the walk in shower with precision and efficiency.

      There was a 3 month grace period and when they got a payment they reported it was three months behind. I am a cosigner on this account I have talked to them and they won't change it to show this right. Also, the shower is pulling apart at the base.

      Terrible experience. Saleswoman was late wouldn’t leave, wanted my own financing. Got me to get their loan and said I could pay in full first payment but still charged me interest which she said wouldn’t happen. The measured twice. Windows was too short. Held curved window at top with barely a screw. It’s been almost 3 months and still install not finished. Didn’t order right trim twice. Plus didn’t bother to tell me curved trim would be plastic and I’d have to stain it myself. They should have made custom trim. Terrible experience. Nails and plastic pieces left in driveway. I don’t recommend

      My husband and I were very much satisfied with the whole process of sales and installation of our new walk-in tub/shower! Chris, AJ and the other guys were great to work with from start to finish! Yes, the price is steep, but it is also with lifetime warranty on all products, installation plumbing, etc. we would definitely recommend MadCity and use them again for further installments.
