              Invoice date: 2020/11/19 Invoice total: $548.90 Service date: 2020/12/02 Service: blower door test I was told that I will receive a report summarizing specific locations in my house where air was leaking and how much, along with thermography images and videos. They told me they will send the report in a week, but I did not receive it. After prompting them, it was delivered on 2020/12/14, but only contained 9 out of 82 pages, and no images nor videos. After multiple inquiries, on 2020/12/23 they issued a $200 refund "for the long wait time" and promised that they "will review the whole report and should have it to you along with the pictures at some time next week when he has more time." After one month, there was no response, so I inquired 3 additional times over the next 4 months, and finally on 2021/05/21 was told that the 9 page report was the full report and they incorrectly asserted that they issued a refund for half of the invoice for the missing images.

              The work crew and management of Crawls and Attics Total Energy Solutions truly deserve an all 5 star rating. They were thoughtful, courteous, on time, communicated well, cleaned up after themselves daily, had complete knowledge of what they were doing, and were very professional and caring. I would highly recommend them, and would invite them back to do work for me in the future. They did an excellent job of installing insulation in our attic to make our home cooler in summer and cozy in winter months. Doing business with them was a good experience from start to finish.
