I filled out an insurance inquiry online l. I am being constantly harassed by phone calls from them every 5 minutes. I ask to speak to a manager and they hang up on me. Ive already gotten 30 phone calls from them despite asking to be removed from their call lists.Business Response

I have requested repeated times via email that I want to cancel service and each time they set the account to pause. ************ will then tell me that I need to contact their office. I tried calling their office and they never answer the phones.I want the service called and would not recommend this company to anyone due to lack of customrer service and poor product.Business Response

I have been getting multiple calls and text from the different companies they are associated with. I ask to be removed and am told sure but another company will call me anyway. I want my number removed ASAP!!!Business Response

I have never heard of *********** until this week. I have been receiving calls from insurance salespeople asking if Im still looking for renters insurance at an address that I resided at 10 years ago. One, I do not rent. Two, I have never affiliated myself with *********** or LendingTree for any use. The fact that these organizations are creating inquiries on my behalf without my permission is scandalous and wreck-less. I feel that my information has essentially been sold without my permission or agreement.Business Response

Called multiple times today. Told agent around 5:00 p.m. that I am not in the mindset to discuss insurance. Told him it is due to needing to study and eat. He began laughing and tried a sales pitch on me. This was rude and does not show customer care.Business Response

It has come to my attention from a local auto insurance agency that *********** has recently included my name and cell phone number in a list sent to insurance agencies with the information that I was looking for auto quotes. I have been contacted by multiple agencies in the past 24 hours, however, I have not requested any auto insurance quotes. It seems like *********** adds people to their databases without consent and then pushes that information out to insurance agencies with information indicating that the people on the list have asked for a quote - which they have not.Business Response

I bought into their services, but they failed to disclose a 25% rule. After my complaint for refunds they revealed this to me, so I asked them to review the voice recording, which they did but still won't return money owed for being deceitful.Business Response

*********** has investigated the matter addressed in the complaint received. Per our records, the $250 in promotional funds were removed and *********************** was refunded $189.98. The account received 20 leads; 7 were Billable, for a total of $60.02, and 13 were credited (total $105.02). The remainder of the funds are not eligible for a refund as they were not submitted for credit while the account was active. An email was sent out to the agent on the 1/3/2023 detailing that any remaining leads for credit must be submitted within 24 hours. In addition, the agent received an email reply from QW Support on 1/18/2023 responding to his complaint regarding the refunded funds.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:The email correspondence I provided proved they mislead me by being deceitful. If they would have been upfront, I would not have signed up with them. They lied (didn't) acknowledge the 25% until I called to complain.

I'm receiving non-stop calls from insurance companies offering to give me a quote because they say I submitted a request for quotes using ***********. I have not used *********** and I have not attempted to get any insurance quotes for several years. I want ************ to delete all of my personal information from any databases, systems, and any other records of me permanently and immediately.Business Response
