Unsure how quote wizard got my number but they and all the telemarketers that work with them have been harassing non stop for 2 weeks. Now I've had to block over 30 numbers in 3 days, and put my phone on DND mode and only accept calls from my contacts. This has become ridiculous, I've told the telemarketers calling me to remove me from their list and they continue to calling me.

I attempted to view insurance quotes online on 2/23/24. Instead of an online quote, I started getting bombarded with phonecalls, emails, and text messages. I simply wished to casually comparison shop on the internet. I do not want to be contacted or to speak with anyone. I would like the business and anyone they shared my information with to stop contacting me.

When I was searching for car insurance,wizard contacted me I first spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with a licensed agent in ****. I thought I had given all my information regarding Car home loan numbers all of that.Yesterday I received a letter stating that they are canceling my insurance because I did not provide information. One person told me that they had sent me information asking me about my daughters insurance. I had provided all that information when I spoke to the representative initially in December. Also, I received an email as I had inquired about insurance rate deduction if my cars were low mileage, I was told that that was not something that they did yet. I have received an email asking for information now Im not sure if that is the reason they have canceled my car insurance. I have been paying my car insurance on time as it is on auto pay. Also, with my homeowners insurance, the agent put in some weird address no clue where it came from not the address I had provided, and therefore my mortgage company was also trying to get a hold of me because they were showing a lapse and insurance. I contacted them to find out and also after I check the app found out that the payment hadnt been made. as I contacted my mortgage insurance, I gave him all the information of Safeco, which is who I ended up being insured with and they are now sending out the payment to them.I have I had spoken to a representative probably back in January and had asked her about my insurance as I had requested for that to be done, and I was told that it would get done never received a call back. I tried calling the gentleman that was supposed to be my agent. And nothing. When I contact Safeco, which is the insurance, I ended up with they will not help me as they are stating that I have to deal with quotewizard as they are the agent that is servicing my insurance. There is no way for me to get a hold of them. I called their 800 number left voicemails no reply

The QuoteWizard team reached out to consumer, currently, all pending issues on the consumers policy have been addressed. And both auto and home polices are in active status.

12/18/2023 Outbound call responding to consumers (policyholder) voicemail for updated auto coverage and other matters related to updated coverage on two vehicles.

1/11/2024 Outbound email from QuoteWizard, requesting proof of low mileage.
2/5/2024 Email sent from QuoteWizard customer service,pending cancellation for failure to provide proof of additional discovered driver.
2/18/2024 2/19/2024 (Presidents Day) Business was closed on Sunday and on Monday in observance of Presidents Day. Consumer (Policyholder)sent three emails, made 21 phone calls, and 26 texts. Consumer sent the requested low mileage documentation and proof of insurance for 2nd driver.
2/20/2024 QuoteWizard - customer service department contacted Safeco to correct the mortgagee clause on the home policy and extend payment date to 3/1/2024. And a request was made to the mortgagee for payment to be issued immediately so policy does not cancel prior to payment.As reiterated above, QuoteWizard spoke to the consumer on 2/20/2024 after receiving the BBB complaint. The matter has been resolved; both auto and home policy are in active status. We apologize for any inconvenience our services may have caused. They call 7 times a minute. They literally call every 5 seconds non stop and I have no idea who they are and I never went on their site or requested health care or auto insurance.

I never clicked a button for any agent to call me. I was looking into getting vision insurance and made the mistake of entering my phone number. I never gave permission for anyone to call me. I changed my mind and I left the site. I never clicked and gave you permission to sell my information to multiple companies.Agents have called over 10 times and sent over 20 texts in one hour!!!!!!!! I went to Wizard Quote's website under the impression that I would get a side-by-side comparison of health insurance prices/rates. Instead, the second I submitted my personal information, I have been bombarded and harassed by nonstop telemarketers. No matter how many numbers I block, more keep calling. There should be an option that allows the customer to not receive calls. All I want is to stop being harassed by these annoying telemarketers. STOP CALLING ME DAMNIT.

I have not engaged the company in any manner. I've been receiving phone calls from them all afternoon from different local numbers for people ranging from "*****" to "****". Since it's multiple numbers, there is no way to block them nor does their website provide the option via their privacy policy. I have not asked or requested any service from them or their subsidiaries and it looks like someone is abusing their contact forms. My next step to seek relief is my local state representative.

This company has been calling me non-stop from various different numbers and it needs to stop! Within an hour, Ive received more than 12 calls from different phone numbers. That is ridiculous. I thought the website was going to show me different health insurances (by rank) and instead it led to a flood of calls. I want to be placed in their DO NOT CALL LIST.

I thought I was getting a quote directly to **** Insurance Company. Instead, I was getting a quote on or through Quote Wizard (a middle man/ go between search engine) I felt tricked into this because the links were deceptive. Thought I was directly dealing with **** Insurance. Then I back out of the program and an abundance of direct phone calls and texts to my phone begin and wont stop its 7pm in ****! I want this all to stop. You should let the customers decide who to call and when. Remove the authorization to contact me after the quote button is pressed. Its fine print and it would take a lawyer to decipher it all. No one is going to be able to read all of that! So let the customer decide with an option box. I did not think my phone would blow up. I sent an email to Quote Wizzard by Lending Tree to stop calling me, not to sell my contact information or personal information as well. In the future there should be a box that can be clicked on the check it if you WANT to be contacted if not then leave the box unchecked if you dont want to be contacted. Let the customer choose! I want this as a resolution as well that Quote Wizzard updates their website to reflect this option to be contacted button all these problems will stop then.
