      I think based on someone in my household making some sort of insurance related ****** search, I began to receive multiple calls and text messages per day from insurance agents telling me I had requested auto, home, etc. insurance quotes from their offices.Every agent who would answer me indicated they had gotten the request for a quote through ***********. I never interacted with ***********, and specifically never requested any quotes through them.They seem to just be a bottom feeder who is buying search history and mapping it to personal contact info then reselling it to gullible and/or unsavory insurance agents. What a sleazy business.

Our goal is to match consumers with insurance agents/carriers in our network and for them to provide competitive insurance options for the consumer. *********** has investigated the matter addressed in the complaint.  However, we have no record of the phone number or email address provided on the compliant.  Without a record match, the multiple calls and text messages would not have been shared with our network partners to contact the consumer.  Please have the consumer confirm the phone number and email address provided is the accurate information entered on the ****** search as indicated.

      I was looking around for an insurance policy from a specific company *********** blue shield) and provided ************ with my phone number and email address. The next day, my phone blew up with non-stop phone calls. I could not find a way to have my information moved to a do not contact list. I am not sure which of these phone calls comes from this company and which comes from the other insurance quote company.

      ************ either has a complete disregard for the with the provisions of both the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of **** and the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited *********** and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM Act) of ****, or they do not provide their sales team with the training necessary to ensure compliance with the Act, or they are systemically unable to implement a functional DNC/DNE program in compliance with established state and federal guidelines consociate to the Act. Since the 19th of October, I have sent ************ 4 separate requests to be placed on their internal DNC/DNE email list (now over 30 days ago) and the unsolicited marketing emails come almost weekly the last response I received was from 3 weeks ago, and was informed ************ would contact their marketing team to have the issue resolved and to date nothing has been accomplished.If an insurance agency has this much difficulty being added to Quote Wizards Do-Not-Contact list, insurance agents being Quote Wizards clients, how much difficulty would a consumer have in being added to Quote Wizards Do-Not-Contact list?

      *********** has investigated the matter addressed in the complaint.  It was determined an error in the process of removing ************** from all marketing emails was made.  He was only removed from internal emails from sales and services employees list and not all marketing lists. *********** has added Mr.****** information provided to all marketing Do-Not-Contact and unsubscribe lists, and cease all contact to him immediately.  In addition, *********** has taken this complaint as an opportunity to review and update our internal processes to ensure all employees are trained and aware of the proper procedure to prevent this issue from happening again in the future.  We sincerely hope this information has resolved **************** concerns in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience our services have caused.

      This website promotes car insurance quotes online, however the there is no quote provided online, instead all the information and request goes out to insurance agents to call me. I don't want people to call me, they need to make this clear that there is non quote on line only agent calls.When you get to the end of the application and the screen directs you to click to ************* it simply send you back in a loop to ask the same questions that you already answered.They need to be fined for their deceptive advertising, and remove all my information provided to them.

      11/2 Quote Wizard sold false information to numerous insurance companies claiming I was seeking new insurance for cars and a home in **********. I started to receive back to back calls. I have not lived in ********** for nearly 5 years. Per one of the insurance companies the file referenced or sales references Id number for them is #*********. I would like no further contact by ************* or any of the affiliated insurance companies at this time.

      My grandfather was trying to get information on insurance and accidentally got involved with this company under my name. They call constantly, usually within minutes of each other, throughout the day. I have asked numerous times to be put on the 'Do Not Call' list and when I'm not hung up on, they say they will but do not. I have emailed them directly and they said that they fixed it, but they did not. I am still getting repeated calls and I just want this to stop.

      Hello. My complaint was ID ******** and my was resolved a few weeks ago.

      After the resolution, I stopped receiving the spamming calls until today. As of today, I have already gotten two calls from them. The business only stopped the calls until my complaint was 'resolved' and then began again. I'm not sure what to do.

      I just received a phone call from Allstate car insurance that my information was submitted to them by Quote wizard, and I did not provide such information, for auto insurance, Quote wizard, gave out my email address and cell phone number, and I want myself to removed from that mailing list immediately! False info, false vehicles!

      I have received 10 phone calls and 2 text in the last 15 minutes about enrolling in health insurance. I have never reached out for a quote on health insurance and have requested each point of contact to be removed from their call list. One gentleman pushed back 4 times to inquire if I have active health insurance when the only feedback I was giving was "remove my number from your call list." It is insanely annoying and distracting. Predatory and gross behavior.

Per our records,the customer information does not match our system of record except for the phone number.  We believe this could be a case of human error and it was a typo on the end user entering their information on the original request.  Per the attached documents provided, the texts were addressed to a ***** and not ****** as indicated on the complaint. **************** ****** has been unsubscribed and the agents matched with the consumer have been informed and have placed the consumer on their do not call list.
