      Somebody shared my contact information with QuoteWizard without my knowledge or consent and I have received multiple phone calls and voicemail messages within the last 24 hours regarding insurance rates. QuoteWizard obviously sold the data and now I'm getting called by multiple different spammers. My most recent call was from **************.

      After further research, our record indicated the someone completed an auto and health insurance inquiry on 11/18/2025. When they completed the inquiry, they provided express written consent to the third-party and their network partner, including QuoteWizard, and parties calling on their behalf to contact the consumer at the number provided for marketing purposes including through the use of automated technology, SMS/MMS messages, AI technology, prerecorded and/or artificial voice, and email (even if my number is currently listed on any state, federal, local, or corporate Do Not Call list).
      QuoteWizard has added the consumer's phone number and email address provided on the BBB complaint to its internal Do-Not-Call and unsubscribe list, and we have notified our network partners to cease all contact with the consumer immediately.
      However, our network partners may have shared the consumers information with other vendors that offer similar services. QuoteWizard has no visibility into or control over whether other vendors or agents have obtained or continue to use the consumers information. As a result, we cannot prevent communications from those third parties.
      If the consumer continues to receive calls from any insurance agent, we recommend requesting to be added to that callers Do-Not-Call list and asking them to stop contacting the consumer.

      Never filled out any form yet have received 200 calls in the past 24 hours. Even after I tell them to stop calling they continue. Add me to do not call. This is ridiculous and harassment.

      Today, Nov 17 2025, I received a text message saying my Renters Insurance quote was attached and to call with questions from a legitimate State Farm agency in ***************. Attached was a real PDF of the quote.I checked online to make sure the agency was real and called as well to have their agent call me about the quote that I received but never requested. I then looked at the quote and it was for an old address in the *************** area that I have not lived at in over 15 YEARS! What is worse is I never even owned that home or rented it - it had been my ex-fiance's home where I lived for about 2 years.The lovely State Farm agent called me back and said they got my information as a lead they purchased from QuoteWizard that claimed it provided real leads filled out on their website for auto and home insurance quotes. I said I never filled out any information ever on QuoteWizard and the agent was shocked that I also had not been at the said address in many ******** a licensed insurance agent myself and having to hold myself to high ethics, I find QuoteWizard despicable in having some sort of AI engine comb the internet for old addresses and blatantly sell those addresses as real requests for quotes when they are not. This is a major disservice to customers and agents/agencies alike.Why ******************** is giving QuoteWizard an A+ rating when all the reviews on here are negative is beyond belief. I will be reporting QuoteWizard's website to the *** and other sites on internet scam websites. I recommend anyone on here with a complaint do the same.

      I am rejecting this response because the quote State Farm provided to me was a Rental insurance quote and NOT for Auto insurance.  So you saying you did your research is ridiculous.  You sold State Farm in ************ ** area my phone and email address for no reason other than to make money selling my contact information. 

      I have not lived at the address in your system for over ****************************************************************************************************************** they could probably find online.  But an old 15 year old address?  I'm sorry, that doesn't fly in my book.

      If you have removed my information from your database, that is fine.  But to say someone RECENTLY gave you this information - I'm sorry, no way.  You are using some sort of AI engine to scour a particular city for names and contacts to sell to insurance agencies as current leads as if requested by the actual person.

      These people have called me every five minutes for the past two hours, and it's still continuing.

      At the end of October, QuoteWizard added my household's phone number to their system without my consent. None of us initiated contact with this company. We have received phone calls nonstop since and it's driving us insane. We filled out the opt out request on ***********'s website which should've resolved the matter within 72 hours and not only did we not get a confirmation email, nothing changed and the calls continued. The phone number has been on the National Do Not Call Registry for years and yet this was allowed to happen which is unacceptable. We request that QuoteWizard ceases all further contact and permanently removes our phone number from their records and their partner's systems.

However, QuoteWizard should implement a phone number verification system (example: one time code via call or text) prior to the submittal of an application on their website to prevent issues like ours from occurring in the future.

      In the span of 2 hours they have called me 6 times and keep calling. I have never asked for a quote that I am aware of. I need to be removed from their call list. It is ridiculous on how many times they are calling me when I have never asked for a quote from them. They also send out spam text.

      This company will not stop calling me days, nights and weekends! I never asked to be contacted and have expressed that over a dozen times to the callers! I have asked to be put on the do not call list but they just won't stop! Please have them stop calling me!

      I've never requested the use of quote wizard's services. On 11/7/2025 from the hours of 8am to 11am I have received 2 calls and 3 text messages from them with offers for their services. After the first attempt I made it known I did not wish to be contacted, but the contact persists.
