      I am trying to help my sister get some quotes for health insurance. I myself live in ******. I had to enter a phone number on the Quote Wizard website yesterday and have now reveived hundreds of calls. This needs to end immediately. Please have them remove my phone number from their list!

      I received 7 phones calls between 2:13 pm and 3:17 pm on August 25, 2025 and 4 phone calls on August 26, 2025. The calls were from different numbers (some of which appeared to be spoofed). There were 3 voicemails left from Quotewizard about home and auto insurance quotes. I did not contact Quotewizard or make any requests for insurance quotes so not sure how they obtained my phone number. I want to 1) Have the telephone number with this request placed on Quotewizards internal Do-Not-Call list and have no contact from them or any referral agents immediately.2) Per the *********************** Privacy Act send me a list of all third parties my data was sold to.3) Per the *********************** Privacy Act opt out of Quotewizard selling my data, using my data for profiling, or using targeted advertising with my data 4) Per the *********************** Privacy Act, have all personal and sensitive information related to the telephone number in this request deleted.If I continue to receive phone calls, I will file a complaint with the ********************************** that Quotewizard violated the *********************** Privacy Act

      QuoteWizard.com LLC apologizes for any inconvenience our services have caused. Per our record, the phone number listed on the BBB complaint was linked to a profile with a different name, address and email address. The phone number could have been entered with a literal error by the consumer who entered the initial request.

      I filled out a form to receive health insurance quotes and my phone number has resultantly been spam called by robo dialers particularly from their subsidiary, ************************************ The calls care fraudulent, as purported insurance agencies don't exist and the name/license number of the "********************** agents" do not exist in the state instance against license database.

We do not provide insurance quotes, and we do not contact consumers for this purpose. *********** has added the consumers information to its internal Do-Not-Call list, and we have notified our referral agents to cease all contact to the consumer. This request will take ***** hours to be completed.
      However, when the consumer completed the request form, they provide their express written consent to receive calls and text messages, including for marketing purposes, from QuoteWizard, companies in QuoteWizards network or their affiliates , and any party calling or texting on their behalf at the phone number provided by them, including calls and texts made using automated means such as automatic telephone dialing systems, autodialers,selection systems, robocalls, and prerecorded or artificial voice recordings,even if the number is listed on any company-specific, state, or federal Do-Not-Call list.
      ************ network partners may have provided the consumers contact information to their affiliates that provide services similar to QuoteWizard. QuoteWizard cannot control communications from such third parties.For this reason, QuoteWizard recommends that if the consumer continues to receive calls from any insurance agent, the consumer should ask the caller to add the consumers information to the callers Do-Not-Call list and to cease contacting the consumer.       I accidentally put my cell number on Quote Wizard's website, Pickhealth Since then, I get 1000's of calls. I tried different channels. Not sure what to do. It is extremely disturbing and I miss many important calls because of this. Kindly address this issue asap.

      Stupid spam bot constantly calling my phone. Phone support awful don't actually remove you from their call list. Called 6 times over the past 24 hours. I WANT THEM TO LEAVE ME ALONE. I didn't even give them my number but am constantly getting calls. This needs to stop NOW.

      Got a cold call from a "broker" about car insurance. About the 20th call. Heavy accent, and I finally played along. 4 transfers later I'm connected to a lady with perfect English who claimed she was from your company. When I asked her if she knew she was part of a scam, she claimed the company only worked with legit brokers, and hung up on me. Is the company using foreign "brokers" to contact prospective clients? I'm on do not call list.

After further investigation, our records indicated the call was a consumer-initiated call from a ******** click to call ad.  As previously indicated, QuoteWizards network partner are not foreign brokers and only work with legit brokers. Because the consumer initiated the call, the do not call no longer applies. However, QuoteWizard has added the consumers information to its internal Do-Not-Call list. This request will take ***** hours to be completed. However, ************ network partners may have provided the consumers contact information to other vendors that provide services similar to QuoteWizard. *********** has no knowledge regarding whether another vendor or agent has the consumers contact information and continues to contact the consumer. *********** cannot control communications from such third parties. For this reason, QuoteWizard recommends that if the consumer continues to receive calls from any insurance agent/broker, the consumer should ask the caller to add the consumers information to the callers Do-Not-Call list and to cease contacting the consumer. We sincerely hope this information has resolved your concerns in this matter.

      As previously indicated, according to our records, the initial call was transferred to QuoteWizard from an incoming call, and we have added the consumers information to its internal Do-Not-Call list. We do not have the ability to determine who might have initiated the request with the consumers contact information. *********** recommends that if the consumer continues to receive calls from any insurance agent/broker, the consumer should ask the caller to add the consumers information to the callers Do-Not-Call list and to cease contacting the consumer.

      I was suddenly bombarded by recurring texts from insurance agents wanting to sell me insurance after QuoteWizard tipped them off that ***** ******, a person not known to me, was owner of my property at the given address.QuoteWizard needs to put me and my information including address, email address and phone number on their no-quote and no-call list.Furthermore, they need to check the requestor name to see if it matches the property owner name.

      I applied for a quote online. I did not like it so did not accept it now.The company is literally calling me every half hour and will not stop. I just want the harassment to end.

      Got an email from QuoteWizard claiming they're processing a quote request for a *** 228 under my name and email. I hesitate to interact with the email further due to potential for phishing, but I also wasn't able to find anyone online that claimed to run into this type of phishing attempt. Hoping to get confirmation in writing from the company what their usual contact info is (email) and confirm that this outreach is not accurate (I put no such quote request out, so it is not likely to be the result of data sharing with business partners if legitimate). I don't have an account with them, so I'd have no direct way to check for myself.

      QuoteWizard is a leading insurance comparison shopping and research tool that enables consumers to compare agent and carrier quotes locally and nationally to get the best, most affordable coverage. We do not provide insurance quotes, and we do not contact consumers for this purpose. Once the insurance inquiry form is completed, we provide consumers with additional information to connect consumers with agent and/or carrier for quotes.
      QuoteWizard has investigated the matter addressed in the complaint. Our records indicated on 7/7/2025 that someone completed an insurance inquiry form with the email address provided on the BBB complaint. One email was sent each day on 7/7/2025, 7/8/2025 and 7/9/2025.
      The consumer can visit ******************************* to experience the process on whats requested on an inquiry form.
      QuoteWizard has added the consumers email to the unsubscribe list, and we have notified our referral agents to cease all contact with the consumer. In addition, we are not able to remove the information from our database due to state and federal record retention laws.

      ********* FROM OFFICIAL INSURANCE KNEW OR SHOULD OF KNOWN THAT THE COMPARE YOUR QUOTES 3 TO 5 BEFORE DECIDING ON WHICH POLICY FITS YOUR NEEDS AND BUDGET WHO GAVE AND REFERRED card holder LENDING TREE DID APPLICATION PUT ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION, Name, Phone number, Email Address, Credit Card number, Address, eployment, when try to put in the credit card information did not take tryed another card it did not work as well, both cards were good to used, the application wants you to use your bank account, and save $34 dollars, if you use a credit card you pay $34 more lending Tree did not take none of the card payment, you can not print off the policy it there but will not let you print it off, official insurance is going around suggesting all these insurance companies and know they will not sale you a policy unless under there terms of agreement, the next day all kinds of other insurance companies 15 or more has called, email, texts,my life willnever be the same, this was only to get card holders personal information and sale it to other companies, for profit they were never going to do a policy in the first place official know this to be a fact and continue to let this happen and should take accountability for these action, the fact card holder try to do a policy on official insurance web page who states your privacy is our priority , thank you for your request has been processed than it stated we are unable to provide you with an insurance quote online at this time, at the end of the day the only thing card holder received was calls, emails, text, from 100's of insurance companies, no homeowners policy or an auto policy for two vehicles its a 'SHAM" and they are working togather to make this happen get all your information and sale it to all these other compaines, for a profit there are laws against this type of fraud and somthing needs to be done about it should not be able to get away with this getting calls emails, texts all day as well spam calls, spam texts

      I am rejecting this response because: THE APPLICATION STATES LENDING TREE WHO HAD NO INTENTIONS OF PROVIDING ANY AUTO OR HOME INSURANCE ONLY WANTED ALL INFORMATION TO SALE TO OTHER COMPANIES DON'T FORGET THE APPLICATION WAS FOR INSURANCE, AFTER ADDING ALL YOUR INFORMATION AND CREDIT CARD USED TWO CARD BECAUSE THE FIRST DID NOT WORK THE SECOND ONE DID NOT WORK AS WELL THAT JUST SHOW THERE WERE NEVER GOING TO BE ANY INSURANCE POLICY FOR AUTO OR HOME INSURANCE, THE NEXT DAY ALL KINDS OF COMPANIES STATED CALLING, TEXT, EMAIL MY LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME DON'T FORGET THEY ALSO HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN FRAUD AT ITS CORD WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS THIS IS "PATHETIC" AND WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS FRAUD
