After further research, our record indicated the consumer completed an auto insurance inquiry on 11/12/2025. When they completed the inquiry, they provided express written consent to the third-party and their network partner, including QuoteWizard, and parties calling on their behalf to contact the consumer at the number provided for marketing purposes including through the use of automated technology, SMS/MMS messages, AI technology,prerecorded and/or artificial voice, and email (even if my number is currently listed on any state, federal, local, or corporate Do Not Call list).
We have added the consumers information to our internal Do Not Contact list, which helps prevent additional outreach from QuoteWizard.Please allow a few business days for this request to be fully processed. For any additional information, please submit a subpoena to ************************ from law enforcement or from a prosecutor/lawyer requesting additional information.Customer Answer

At the end of October, QuoteWizard added my household's phone number to their system without my consent. None of us initiated contact with this company. We have received phone calls nonstop since and it's driving us insane. We filled out the opt out request on ***********'s website which should've resolved the matter within 72 hours and not only did we not get a confirmation email, nothing changed and the calls continued. The phone number has been on the National Do Not Call Registry for years and yet this was allowed to happen which is unacceptable. We request that QuoteWizard ceases all further contact and permanently removes our phone number from their records and their partner's systems.

They will not stop calling me no matter how many times I tell them to stop, to the point of harassment. I blocked the number, they called from another number. DO NOT give them your contact info!

I've never requested the use of quote wizard's services. On 11/7/2025 from the hours of 8am to 11am I have received 2 calls and 3 text messages from them with offers for their services. After the first attempt I made it known I did not wish to be contacted, but the contact persists.

Pricing health insurance. After reviewing costs, told the individual with the company that i would look for health, dental, vision insurance on my own after he tried to sign me up without my consent. Since then I have received 40 phone calls. I have blocked, informed them i am getting my own insurance and I am met with hostility and arguing. When i push back they hang up on me.This is now harassment.

QuoteWizard is a leading insurance comparison platform that connects consumers with multiple insurance providers to help them find competitive insurance rates. We do not generate insurance quotes ourselves, nor do we contact consumers for that purpose.
When the consumer completed their inquiry, they provided express written consent to the third-party, their network partners (including QuoteWizard), and parties calling on their behalf to contact them at the phone number provided for marketing purposes. This consent included outreach via automated technology, SMS/MMS messages, AI technology, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and emaileven if the number is listed on any state,federal, local, or corporate Do Not Call list.
QuoteWizard has instructed our network partners to cease all contact with the consumer immediately. However, our network partners may have shared the consumers information with other vendors that offer similar services. QuoteWizard has no visibility into or control over whether other vendors or agents have obtained or continue to use the consumers ************** a result, we cannot prevent communications from those third parties.

I keep getting calls from several different people, I do unsubscribed from their mailing list, Ive replied STOP to their texts, and I keep getting calls.

I was sent a text from this company indicating the following :"Hi *****, QuoteWizard here. Your auto insurance inquiry is processing. You will receive a link to review the carriers that best match your needs. Reply unsubscribe to OptOut." I never requested any quote. After replying unsubscribe the company sent the following "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe." From here, they have been continuously calling me and leaving voicemails attempting to get me to use their services. I never provided any information to this company of my name nore number, so they very likely acquired it through nefarious means.

I filled out a form on QuoteWizard's website with my information looking to get health insurance quotes. Since filling out the form at 2:15pm yesterday, I have received 75 calls between 7:15pm and 7:12pm and they have already started again this morning at 8:51am. Only one caller has left a voicemail. I need the calls to stop! No one fills out a form expecting to be harrassed by spammers indefinitely.

this company continues to harass me I thought they were legit company cause I was looking for a quote for dental insurance and I told him I no longer need the service after that they continue to call my phone the entire afternoon even up until right now I asked him to stop plenty of times and they keep having different people calling my phone harassing me and being disrespectful
