      Amazon KDP - they have zero customer service, you can only contact by way of email in which they do not respond. I emailed them 4 days ago and have not gotten a response - they closed my account without justifiable reason. They have provided me with vague information when closing the account yet dont email back so that the issue can be resolved.

      ORDER # oneonefoursixfiveoneseventwoonezerothreeeightfoureighttwozeroeight ( sorry this website thought it could block me putting these #s in haha not ) is just one example. they have gotten very bad about changing the shipping date without telling you. in the case about I order a item on Feb 28 ***** then on march 10th***** when I still didn't have it I checked it had not even shipped yet. and I contacted amazon they said oh that was canceled. really no emails or call ? I'm just sitting here waiting on a item that's not coming. my online amazon profile shows it being here today but yet it has not shipped and the guy on the phone says its not going to . So I ordered it off **** , time to start buying from someone else. but lets get back to I ordered and paid for a item I have not gotten !!!!!!!!!! not happy

      A hacker was able to change my email address and phone number to my account. I cant access my account and they have used all of the credit cards that I had on file. Amazon was able to find my account by old order numbers. They will not close my account and the hacker have complete access to my personal info. This happened on February 28 and as of march 10th the accis still open and they are still charging my accounts. I have to check my credit cards every day and call them in stolen each tome I see a charge. They have not protected me and wont just close the account. I feel so violated. I can never do business with them again.

      Amazon is regularly participating in price gouging with their customers. You may purchase an item like a shower bench one day for ****** dollars and a day later it may drop over $100 dollars. Amazon should offer other sellers who sell the same item at a lower price. Amazon refuses to assist the customer in recovery of the additional cost. They say they cannot help that the price was lowered. I can see lowering a price by maybe 30 or 40 dollars but 70 dollars is a bit steep. Unfortunately when you assemble something you need to deassemble it when you send it back for a refund and oftennwhen the item is assembled it cannot be disassembled and customer cannot get a refund. ********************** should at least offer a 25 dollar gift certificate to show good faith. They say they don't price ***** but they do quite often. Beware, check directly with the sellers of these products you buy sometimes you can get the item much cheaper even if you have to.pay shipping.

      If somethings wrong, they fix it. Their return policy is very generous. I never have to worry about not being able to return things I dont like. Always kind and helpful. Ive spent thousands on Amazon over the years and theyve always made right SMT problems that came up.

      Froze my account after i made a purchase claiming "suspicious activity". Demanded documentation for gift card receipt- I provided it- still frozen. Demanded documentation for debit card- I provided it- still frozen. Demanded documentation for another debit card- I provided it- still frozen. Scam, violation of consumer rights, fraud. Litigation pending.

      Amazon delivered **************** instead of a curtain rod , and when I called asking for assistance they told me my only option was to go and physically return the wrong item to get my $30 back. When I asked if they can pick it up, they said that Id likely be charged a $7+ fee for the pickup of the wrong item they delivered. I managed to negotiate the no fee but now I have to be stuck in my house from 9am-7pm to make sure Im here when they come to get the item. This is probably the worst customer service experience Ive had with **********************. Still waiting to find a much needed curtain rod. Feeling nervous to repurchase and be stuck with another 5 boxes of ********* blond roast again. Turns out amazon overworks their underpaid workers into making mistakes, and then puts the responsibility on the customer.

      I sure wish there was an alternative to Amazon. I purchase products through other means every chance I get. When things go bad on an order you are at Amazon's mercy and they really show their lack of customer support. I have had my ability to review products locked out and they have taken every review that I have done since **** when I first setup my account. I can no longer even ask questions of a seller prior to purchasing. Every time you contact them they simply put you in a support loop and send you a sheet of guidelines with no ability to depute anything. I'd love to get in on a class action lawsuit against them if one ever gets started.

      I ordered Airpods pro's from Amazon. They didn't fit my lifestyle so I tried to return them. Amazon took roughly 2 months to respond so I felt like my hands were tied. They have very poor communication or desire to help or understand. They just kept telling me that the item did not match what I purchased. I asked for my package to be returned and I would just sell them myself so I'm not out $200. Which is a lot for a single mom as myself. I started this process with Amazon in September of 2022. It is now March 2023. I have reached out every way I can. I don't see how they can just keep the purchase and the money. That's unethical. I asked for documentation multiple times and they refused.

      An item I ordered did not arrive on the day it was supposed to. I tracked it and knew immediately that it was lost. It was shipped from ***************, ** and then shipped again from *********, ** an hour later. It arrived in Tampa Bay area from ********* 2 hrs later. I was NOT ALLOWED to cancel the order, request a refund or a replacement for the next 6 days. I tried having customer service call me to see if I could order a replacement and I was disconnected 6x. Tried their chat bot but all that does is repeat that they are going to hold on to my money for another week and there's nothing I can do about it. When they finally allowed me to request the refund (I changed my mind about a replacement since I was so disgusted) it didn't work the first time so I tried again and it wasn't giving the option to refund. It wanted me to return it. So I was forced to call customer service directly and maneuver the chat bot that they force you to deal with before you finally get connected to a live person. I did manage to get a refund but by the time it arrives it will have been 2 weeks since they took my money for a transaction that should have been completed in 2 days.
