      AMAZON has Hands Down the ********************** EVER!! Un authorized gift card purchases on Jan 18 2023. (2) months of Amazon promising a refund and was told today there was nothing they could do. Why did it take 2 months to get to that point. (15) interactions and (14) promises of a refund.

      Amazon driver hit my car when my car was legally parked 11/30/22 I was not even driving, to top it off my neighbor came and got me the driver was trying to leave, to top it off he gave me a fake number to his supervisor had to do a lot of investigation myself finally contacted the supervisor they sent my claims to a company called arc well my car damages still have not been paid out, do i need to contact a lawyer the news, what a shame a billion dollar company can let there drivers destroy hard working people's property to me this is a hit and run with no consequences, yet i am left to filp the bill thousands of dollars of damages to my vehicle for having it parked at my residence bbb this is a crime how can this company get away with this.

      Amazon customer service is absolutely horrible. The prime membership doesn't mean squat anymore. Nothing is delivered on time. The drivers are rude and the company as a whole has destroyed malls and small businesses. They will also steal if given the opportunity so watch your account!

      The disturbing commercial with the boy dressed as a girl that has a mustache that wants to dress like prince in the yellow jacket is the most disgusting form of advertising that I have ever seen. Stop pushing for child mind, and body mutilation. This is clearly destructive behavior. I will be ending all purchases from amazon due to this disgusting form of advertising to accommodate the less the ***** % of the customers who use amazon. Absolutely disgusting

      Buyer beware Your delivery MAY get to your address. Too many orders now go into nothingness. No reason is ever given for delivery issues.At least this last order will be refunded. Others were not credited.What has happened with them? Issues started during pandemic and have only become MUCH worse.

      I purchased this item along with $300 worth of items and the deliver marked this item as delivered. I contacted customer service several times and was given the run arounds only to finally be told that the item could not be replaced or refunded. The was will to lose a long time customer than to compensate a long term paying customer. Ive spent over thousands of dollars with Amazon on to be given a hard time for a $15 item. People may lie and contact them for unreasonable things but Im not the one. Sorry to do this here but old well. F Amazon.

      Horrible .. they never delivered my item and won't refund my money.. they are responsible for making sure orders are securely left In mailbox but didn't. I'm revoking my prime membership.

      I never joined Prime. I'm retired and don't buy but what I can afford, rarely "online". I put 2 items in my cart. Both said "free shipping, free returns". At checkout , I was going to be charge $ **** for shipping, unless I accepted the 30 day free trial for Prime. Add insult to injury, my 4 units of solar lights sold by Amazon was $ *****. Once I received them, I knew who the "seller/manufacturer" was: LeiDrail".They will sell me an 8 pack for $ ***** with free shipping as long as I use PayPal. Paypal has a relationship with ***************** ***** (my credit card). ***** will give me a better points program if I give them my current income.

      On 1/21/23 I purchased over $1000 worth of products from the Amazon website. One week later I needed to return 4 items for various reasons. I purchased these items using a prepaid ***** ******** Card which after I made my Amazon purchase the card had to be replaced due to fraudulent activity. Amazons policy is that any return gets credited back to the original form of payment. Unfortunately since the card number changed ***** *** would not forward the credit to my new card number. The total of my return is $246.94, which is now floating around the system at Amazon and I'm told no one can do anything. I've been involved in over 70 back and forth e-mails, over 30 calls to customer service and at least 20 chats on line with Amazon. The last week I've been promised 3 times by 3 different chat people that my case would be directed to the proper department to correct the problem. I was told I would be contacted within ***** hours. 3 phone calls, 7 days later, nothing. I was promised by 2 customer service reps that the $246.94 would be applied to an Amazon gift card, this was promised on 2 separate e mails. Still nothing. I'm absolutely disgusted with this company. All I want is my Money. ***************************** ************************************************.
