      On June 10th 2022, I ordered a Sonos Amplifier from Amazon for $477.11 dollars, advertising says that the item will whip within a day once payment is posted, my credit card was charged the same day but the item did not shipped until June 17th 2022, I called Amazon customer service to complaint about this order, they claimed that "the item is sold by a third party vendor "UXPRESSONE" can advertise as they wish and Amazon has no responsibility" this practice is unheard of and it should be look into.Thank you

      I am Raman from Amazon.com. I am writing in response to a complaint filed on your behalf by the Better Business Bureau BBB - I have provided the BBB with a copy of this message. 

      I am so sorry to hear that the order you placed for the Sonos Amplifier shipped later than usual, and I have reviewed the order in detail. We regret any inconvenience due to the delay. 

      Typically, orders shipped by Amazon are only charged once the item is shipped from our Fulfilment Centers. However, orders placed with Marketplace Sellers who handle their own shipping are charged right away, and are delivered on or before the estimated delivery date on the order. 

      The order shows in transit and could still be delivered but a claim has been filed on Friday, June 24, 2022. The concerned teams will be investigating the claim and take action as appropriate. 

      We appreciate your feedback and have forwarded it to the correct team internally. Unfortunately, I do not have any other information at this time.

      I am rejecting this response because: No mentioning on changing third party business practices online sales, specially advertising "will delivery item/s within one day once payment is processed"
