      On June 25, 2022 I purchased items online through Amazon. Once I received the item and the contractor was ready to lay the flooring, we noticed there was vapor placed down and I would not need the items. I went to the *** store at ************************************************************************. **************. The (3) items were shipped July 14, 2022. They arrived at Amazon on July 18, 2022 at 6pm on shipping dock, per *** at ********************************************************* claims they dont have the packages and did not want tracking numbers, in order to, look for packages that arrived at your facility. Im at a stand still since the cost was over $300.00. I informed them that they all arrived together and it doesnt seem to matter to them. They want to send email etc.. to verify me and all. Trust me I dont think anyone else ordered the exact items as I did.

      They have refunded 4 rolls out of 10. I dont understand, since there are (5) rolls in each bundle taped together???

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received a email from Amazon, and Im forwarding my reply. They still owe me for 6 rolls of floor vapor foam.  I should not have  be going through this nonsense.  They have returned product to which, they owe the complete refund. 

      I can guarantee I will never purchase from Amazon again.

      The ****** is for the shipping cost which should have been free per Amazon supervisor. 

      I am still owed for 6 rolls of film and until Im paid we will continue with the BBB.  First, when I called numerous  time to correct this your company kept lying to me. 

      They stated the items were not returned but when I phoned headquarters they let me know time and drop off. 

      I still need refund for 6 rolls of foam. Again, ****** had nothing to do with my order, that is totally different. Please refund my money that I paid for with my credit card and have the invoice.

      I still have not heard back from Amazon, they are trying to say the $106.00 is part of the order and it is not. This is a refund from ***** Amazon supervisor, I was not supposed to pay for return shipping.  So he refunded that part, nothing to do with the ****** order charged on my cc for said items that were returned. Im owed for 6 rolls of vapor foam. And the aggravation Ive gone through to get my money. My money!!!
