      Amazon is selling counterfeit/defective products as if they're real. This has been going on for years. Most representatives outside of the ** are rude to *********. They don't even care about the time and money spent. I received a counterfeit or defective item and your policies need to change back for the better. I can not continue to shop with Amazon if I can't speak to people in the US. Exerscribe/Vybe continously lies and sells counterfeit defective items but they do not want us to return to Amazon. Dial is not selling pure soap it's mostly water. I purchased 2 separate times from this Amazon listing and received the same counterfeit item.       I have called to resolve and your customer service is very rude and hung up the phone. There are numerous forums is your company abusing customers after taking the money.  The Vybe Pro massage gun is either defective or counterfeit.  Because I tried using the item out of the box and it does not even turn on fully charged. Both a Dial soap that is sold as soap but is full of water. I will not shop with Amazon and I want compensation for my time or a class action lawsuit.

      I had two orders 114-1211935-573224 and 114-6699181-9255432 and the delivery driver lied about attempting delivery KNOWING the leasing office is closed on Sunday. Originally the driver put in they attempted to deliver the package at my residence which was a lie because we have survelliance and no Amzon truck came remotely close to the house. I checked with the leasing office on Monday and their survellliance shows the driver didn't come there either-now I complained to Amazon and nothing was done. This company isn't even disclipining these drivers. They are leaving the packages just any where or lying about attempting to deliver. I have another delivery that is suppose to be delivered on this coming Sunday and let's hope the driver actually does their job-the individual that called me back wanted to go back and forth-worse service ever.

      We removed this customers access to their buyer account on our site. We took this action because an investigation of their account indicated that the customers buyer account violated our terms and conditions.

      On 9/16/2022 I purchased Daiwa Plasmanex 1 Blood Circulation and Vein Supplement from Amazon. Before I purchased the item I checked all information that is available about the product of Amazon's website were it is being sold, nowhere did I find any information pertaining to beware of interactions with medications that you maybe taking. Upon getting my package I opened it and checked the labels and found the was a precaution against an interaction if you take NSAID's which I do. This is not mention anywhere and therefore is misleading and harmful to anyone taking NSAID's. If I take this supplement there is the chance that I could have a reaction and die. I contacted Amazon customer service and was told that I could not get a refund. I explained to a supervisor the over site on the product and it missing from Amazon and was advised that I would not get a refund.

      Amazon customer service has blocked my telephone number for reasons unknown - ********** There is no way to get in touch with them. They refuse to assist me with product that I purchased that does not work.       Amazon is constantly changing delivery dates after purchase with absolutely no communication - a sort of bait-and-switch type of scenario. My most recent issue stems from the hurricane preparations connected to Hurricane ***. I am a resident of central ******* who has been gearing up for a very strong hurricane. Part of my preparations included ordering a large pet carrier so that I could safely move my pets to a safe and secure location to ride out the storm. I placed the order on Sunday, September 25, 2022 and I intentionally picked an item that would be delivered by Tuesday, September 27, 2022 - before the storm hit. With no communication, the delivery date changed to Friday, September 30, 2022 (which is completely unhelpful). When I reached out to Amazon to cancel the order since it would not arrive in time, I was told that (despite not being able to be delivered until Friday) it was "already with a carrier and the order could not be cancelled." Now, on top of a devastating hurricane, I am being forced to deal with a return of an item that Amazon delayed delivery of and Amazon has added more stress to an already stressful situation.

      Amazon has refused to provide correct information regarding a dispute that has been ongoing for nearly a year and nearly no responses are received from the specialist team that these disputes are reported to. Months of waiting and no resolutions has rendered a solution helpless and I am requesting correct Amazon contact information for the next step which is to have my demand letter served officially to Amazon and to have Amazon executives address my concerns I have had on a repetitive and continuous basis with Amazon. If you all can solve this concern I will not proceed with legal process but I require someone of the executive office to respond and provide an amicable and prompt response.

      They constantly neglect shipping instructions leaving me to walk to pick up my packages.I purposefully use Amazon Day, which means I get my packages on Monday delivered to my door while I wait in my apartment.I drive a small scooter, so some packages are difficult to pick-up which is partly why I take full advantage of their delivery instructions. It also saves time.Almost every time they deliver to the main building instead.I would like my packages to be delivered as instructed in the future.The order id's for this Monday 114-7095145-7656263 114-3966103-0461860 I can email more including numerous email correspondence where it is obvious they are ignoring my issues.They refuse to pay for *** pickup return and they expect me to drive around on a scooter across town to rectify their mistakes.       I am rejecting this response because:

      My main concern is that shipping instructions are followed as advertised in the future. This does not address that.

      It is also concerning that you do not concede that the incorrect shipping was, in fact, an Amazon error. You benefit from advertising free shipping to su scribes. But, if I need to slide someone a few books to finish the job (that you agree to do through contract), then it xeases to be free shipping. Also, you did not offer to refund *** pickup in this case as you have just stated.

       

      This is a corporate email, which dismisses my concerns entirely. It took zero effort to write this response from Amazon. Again, Amazon is taning a shortcut at the expense of their customers, far from the customer centric business model Bezos claimed to design.

      Greetings, My Amazon account LamToys has been deactivated due to potentially infringing on the intellectual property of ASIN B0B49YPMX6. I received this account deactivation in error. I never have ASIN B0B49YPMX6 in my inventory. I never created and used this ASIN. I called Amazon Support several times to get a response about why I received this account suspension. Amazon Support confirmed that my account was deactivated in error, and I never had an ASIN B0B49YPMX6 in inventory. This fact is confirmed by calls that were recorded in the Amazon system on September 19 (08:00 a.m. - 08:15 a.m.), on September 23 (06:48 a.m. - 07:00 a.m.), on September 26 (07:52 a.m. - 08:00 a.m.) (******* Time Zone).I filed an appeal to Amazon that the deactivation of my account was in error, but it was rejected. I do not understand why Amazon deactivated my account as I am an honest seller and did not violate any of Amazon Policies. They also mislead me about how I can reactivate my account since, on calls, the support tells me to send an appeal, but they reject it. Every day the suspension of my account damages my business. I request you help me reactivate my Amazon account since my account does not violate any Amazon policies.I attached a screenshot of my inventory where you may see that I had only 3 ASINs in my inventory, and my appeal. I request you reinstate my account. Many thanks for considering my request.
