I purchased office chair from Amazon on 2/11/23. Decided to return the chair before the 30 day window due on 3/13/2023. I called Amazon and initiated the return on 3/12/2023. I have email proof that Amazon sends after you initiate a return that this was the day that my return started. I spoke to representative and they set me up to have Amazon pick up office chair from my home on 3/16/2023. 3 days later I called back in order to reschedule the pick up because I was going to have a procedure done and no one would be home. I called and Amazon pick up would not be available anymore and I would have to use Pilot services in order to return the chair and was my only choice so I took it. The Amazon representative set up a pick up date with pilot for 3/21/23 and I got an email confirmation from Amazon as well. On 3/21/23, the pilot guys picked up the chair. I checked pilots website to track where the office chair was and I see that they were going to ship it out from their warehouse on 3/28/23 and it was delivered on 4/11/23. On 5/6/23, I received an email stating that my return went through and that I would be getting $523 out of $655.74 so I called Amazon again. When I spoke to the representative, she told me that I was getting a restocking fee because I return the chair out of the return window. I explain that I initiated the return on 3/12/23 which was one day before the 30 day return window. I explain to him and the supervisor that the return was scheduled to be picked up by Amazon first on 3/16/23, but I had to reschedule so the new return day was 3/21/23. He did not want to listen and just told me that it was outside of the return window. Now I am out $130. I did my due diligence and return it before the 30 day return window. It is not my fault that pilot services took two weeks in order to return the office chair to the Amazon warehouse. That is out of my control. And Amazon was the one who rescheduled my pick up for 3/21/23. I want my money returned. I have proof!Business Response

I've researched and see that the package wasn't ready or wasn't handed over to Pilot until March 28, 2023. The return time expired on March 21, 2023.
Unfortunately the restocking fee was charged for the same reason. We are unable to issue refund in this case.

Hello,I know that account specialists handle account unlocking for any domain including Amazon.fr. My account has been put on hold and I have been trying for days to get my account restored with the correct billing statement that you are requesting. It is still denied. How can a company be so unfair and illogical? I would like to speak more seriously with an account specialist and understand the reasons for the current denial and find a solution for my account. I am rejecting this response because: My order would have never shipped or got delivered if I hadn't gone to the Better Business Bureau. As it was, this order was coming from **********, not far from me, but the workers didn't want to do their job, so they sat on it when it should have been shipped. They just don't want to work. Maybe these shippers in Burlington, ** should be fired.

Back around 2018 I bought an entire season of a TV show for streaming on Amazon. I had watched it from time to time and when I most recently tried to watch, it was gone. The menu read that it was not available in my area (usually a copyright issue). I figured I could simply ask for a refund, since it was purchased for permanent streaming ability. After a call to customer service and a quick search of my purchase history I discovered that Amazon had deleted it from my history. This is very odd and I have never had anything happen before. Amazon is usually easy to deal with. I am not sure if something this small and ***** fits what you do, but I suspect that it may be happening on a wider scale with Amazon. If there was a copyright dispute, it does not seem like an ethical way of dealing with it is by removing the content from those who have already paid for it. The money is not even the concern. It is more the practice of buying an item that can then be removed at Amazons own discretion.Business Response

You are either lying or badly mistaken. The videos are not available under any accounts and Amazon should know this. There is only one Prime account and that is what they were purchased from. You have found the proof of purchase, so either make them available or refund the cost.

I ordered a vinyl record box set (************************* Studio albums) for $130. Advertised delivery today. Based on this I placed the order. Was notified LATE in the day it wouldnt get here today. When I registered a complaint I was told there was nothing they could do unless the order did not arrive until the next Tuesday. That was supposed to be for a birthday present at a party Im going to today, and I also rearranged my work schedule to be home today to receive the package. If it were only about this particular order and delivery, I wouldnt be all that upset. But this has become a reoccurring pattern with Amazon, who encourages people to buy their prime, which has increased in price every year, but now more and more deliveries are being delivered after the delivery date indicated when you place your order. I believe its becoming a bait and switch. The more we pay for prime, and the bigger the company gets, the poor the customer service, and the increased frequency for which their orders are not delivered on time.Business Response

5-2-23 ordered 3 items that were supposed to get delivered within two days, and not only were they not delivered after the promise time frame but they were delivered to the wrong address. I pay for a prime membership which technically they are suppose to deliver within 2 days. I called and they stated couldn't not locate the driver who did this.
