      About a month ago someone had stolen my phone and Amazon ended up locking my account due to suspicious activity which is fine because it's my phone had been stolen that's not what I'm mad about but I'm upset about is this even though I've sent them every thing that they've asked me for including screenshots of the email confirming that I got a 25$ gift card from my phone company and 50$ dollar gift card that my mom gave me last year for my birthday by the way is now passed away I have sent them pictures of both the email fro. My phone company and pictures of the gift card but its not ebough they want my dead mom to confirm she indeed gave them to me acfing like i stole someones goftcard or somethin. They also want me to send rhe. A bank stantment for a credit card that i dont own nor have in my possession because apparently someone tries to make a purchase on my account probably on the phone tbat was stolen from me but and they still refuse to unlock my account I keep trying to explain to them that I don't have access to the phone number no more because I can't do the two facts of verification and they refuse to do anything I think I've talked to them everyday at least three times a day now between chat and calling on the phone I just want back in my account I just want to use my gift cards out of my mom guys gave me and then I'll close my account and I'm done with it but I want some I want to know how they're going to fix it

      On May 19th at 12:00 noon my friend upon going through piles of paperwork had came across some gift cards she totally forgot about most of them being from Amazon she then told me to look up items then let her know then she will order them for me with those four Amazon cards she had other gift cards from ******* ****** ********* and two **** gift cards to which she had the opportunity to bless me with them all the cards originated from an awareness fundraiser my friend's sister created due to my friend's husband being on hospice awaiting to pass away due to him having a stroke during an operation due to complications in the body she said her dying husband makes enough money through SS and long-term disability that she has no use for the gift cards and that she was going to give them to me and she did I had no issues with any of the gift cards even one of the Amazon cards I was able to purchase a camping tent with no issues whatsoever my friend is a busy lady dealing with her husband on hospice she wanted to instead give me the gift cards from Amazon to me personally so I can order them off of my own account and the items I wanted myself and I agreed so she sent me the cards along with the claim codes to me and I linked them to my new Amazon account successfully my first purchase was an Uber gift card for $50 as well as a flashlight upon checking out everything was okay I went on to make another order which had some torch lighters on it up on checking out is when my account was on hold I waited for eight long days for them to tell me the same thing until I finally called on the 8th day and Missy had told me that I have been getting sent to the wrong department this whole time as we're going further into the conversation she pretty to get real nasty with me telling me I don't know what I'm talking about then saying that Amazon will not help me and to get over it I asked her what was wrong with the cards she said they're under investigation I'm out of luck that's all.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I gave you two full detailed arguments for deleting the review, but you still could not provide me with a reason for the refusal, answering me with general phrases from templates that mean nothing "we did not find violations." Please explain to me specifically why there are no violations in the policy for posting reviews for each of my arguments:
      1. The order was sent by FBA, it's just a resold return with the erroneous "new" status
      2. The text of the review refers exclusively to the condition of the product, that they came in used, Amazon rules do not allow publishing reviews about the product, which only refers to the condition of the product. Even if the purchase experience from the product was not good, this is not due to the product, but to the fact that the product mistakenly arrived used

      I received a refund from the credit card company but I am missing the $30 In Rewards points that I used to pay for the items. Refund process has been going on for over two months. Amazon has been useless in the whole refund process. I have had to do all the leg work for a partial refund. I have contacted them at least 8 times over the past two months. I need my credit issued as soon as possible.Order number 113-7608177-2897836 I have attached the credit dispute form that sides in my favor. I have additional documentation if needed, and conversation that the refund was issued by Amazon. I also have proof the seller tried to get me to change my feedback, Amazon has a "strict" policy against this. But have seen nothing on this complaint and have been tracking the vendor and is still selling on Amazon. No follow up emails were ever send in regards to this..

      I keep getting emails from Amazon that I am deliberately posting inappropriate and obscene reviews and discussions about merchandise I have supposedly purchased. This is untrue and despite repeated attempts to get this matter resolved, they refuse to have a **************** Person contact me directly either by phone or email. I have done some research and even found that my account has been hacked because there are reviews attributed to me for merchandise I have never bought, including on books I have never read. Now I have been banned from posting anything, yet someone is continuing to hack my account. I have notified them by email and Certified Mail of my fears that someone will get access to my account financial information and steal from my bank accounts or credit cards, but no response. It is as if they do not care that I have been hacked at all and this is my problem and not theirs. I am also concerned that because this person has access to my password, it may be a rogue employee who is doing this, but Amazon does not seem to care about that.

      I have not received any communications from Amazon resolving the issue at all.  In fact, they once again contacted me THROUGH THE ACCOUNT ONLY  to tell me that my ability to review any products has been permanently disabled and I was told to change my password twice, which I did.  The problem of outside tampering with my account is NOT RESOLVED at all. 

       

      In addition to that, there was no response to a LETTER I sent. Before responding to your last email to me, I was waiting for an answer to my letter.  Instead of getting any sort of answer, something very odd and offputting happened.  My letter was OPENED, no doubt READ, then stuffed back into the Priority Mail envelope, marked "RETURN TO SENDER" and returned to me without the decency of a response at all.  The returned mail is so strange that I am afraid to open it out of fear that it contains something bad. Based on such poor customer service, I believe that my problems are the work of some rogue employees at Amazon, and I am thinking of hiring an attorney to look into the matter so that the strange "returned mail" can be opened in front of a judge.

       

      I do not consider this matter to be resolved at all.  In fact, the problem has been escalated by some Amazon employee's decision to open and read my letter and (maybe) return the envelope with some sort of contamination inside.

      I have been out of town at a conference.  I was not able to respond until now. 


      Attached are copies of emails that I sent to Amazon about the problem.  All of these emails were received by Amazon but were deliberately ignored.  In fact, they have been ignored deliberately for so long that it seems that you could not even find them, but I have proof that Amazon did receive them.  They were ignored because there are no humans working in that "Community Help" department.  *************** seems to be specifically designed to be a place where complaints just go to die. I am not surprised that no one can find my emails.  That is because there is nothing working there except a computer algorithm. 

      I am still banned from writing reviews because I am accused of writing fake reviews that contain obscene language.  If I try to write one, I get a message that says the following.

      "We apologize but Amazon has noticed some unusual reviewing activity on this account. As a result, all reviews submitted by this account have been removed and this account will no longer be able to contribute reviews and other content on Amazon.  If you would like to learn more, please see our community guidelines. To contact us about this decision, please email ***************************************."

      However, I will not let go of this.  I am a Christian ***** and I do not use obsenities at all; however, Amazon allowed someone to hack my account and write horrible fake reviews using my userid, and ********************** accused me of doing it and has banned me for what someone else did.  Another reason I will continue this until it is resolved is because of a coming federal law that fines people who write fake reviews.  I am NEVER going to allow anyone to accuse me of writing fake reviews due to the possible legal consequences, and I am building an audit trail about this issue to protect myself.  If anyone ends up paying fines, it will be Amazon and not me.

      ONE resolution to this issue would be for AMAZON to find out who commandeered my account to write ugly reviews, reveal who that person is, do something to discover whether or not other people were also wrongfully banned and find out why one of their employees returned my letter in such an unprofessional manner, and to end the practice of using algorithms to read and approve reviews.

Amazon notified me that ASINs will not be approved and will remain suspended. The reason for it is Ads Guidelines and Acceptance Policies do not permit advertising products that claim to permanently physically change natural body properties (like skin lightening/whitening) or alter the natural pigmentation of the face or body.       Amazon reserves the right to refuse service,terminate accounts, terminate customer rights to use *******************************************, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

      We removed this customers access to their buyer account on our site. We took this action because an investigation of their account indicated that the customers buyer account violated our terms and conditions.

      Due to the proprietary nature of our business,we do not provide details on our investigation methods.

      We notified the customer of this decision by email on 5/29/2023.

They aske me to wait until Monday and contact them again to send replacement.Before Monday, amazon noticed me they issued me a refund for this order, but via gift card??? THEY NEVER DISCUSSED WITH ME BEFORE SPEND a afternoon talking to amazon service people to change refund to card. They agreed but still didnt changed it.SPEND A EVENING talking to another amazon service people about this refund, BUT they still not solving the issue.
