In August I inadvertently discovered that Amazon had been charging me for a digital service called dekko, which I had never heard of used approved or subscribed to. But where things get interesting is that they had been charging me for the subscription unbeknownst to me for four years and two months. I was finally able to speak to someone that day in August and got a years worth of my subscription fees back.I was told that they were only able to do so much at a time so with that in mind I thought that I would call back in a month time or so to receive the rest of my funds, however upon calling back to explain the story again, and receive the rest of my funds. Im being told that they cannot no longer give me any more funds although I had just been told that they. Would be able to do 6 months because that was the limit. But theyve already refunded a years worth and that I should reach out to my bank to dispute because they are unable to refund any more. I am sure the bank will not allow me to dispute funds because of the time lenght. So through BBB Im requesting the remainder of my subscription fees, which is in the amount of $408.12. I have been refunded $128.88. That is the price of a year subscription to the service , Today when I spoke to Amazon the supervisor was somewhat rude and ended the call while refusing to give me the business address for Amazon so that I could use it to dispute through BBB. Furthermore, the subscription that I did not approve of or request is hidden deeply within the many pages of your Amazon account and subscriptions. It took quite a bit of time to find not only that subscription, but the cost and all of the other information, its conveniently tucked away and beneath endless screens, that I did not even know existed. I very much feel like this is a type of predatory scheme as, the charges come up just as Amazon and not this digital service dekko.Business Response

I understand that you are concerned about refund on the Prime Video channel "Dekkoo". Dekkoo corresponds to a membership for a Prime Video Channel. Channels from Prime Video are paid monthly subscriptions to premium networks (like Showtime and Starz) and other streaming entertainment channels. With an eligible Amazon Prime membership, Prime members have the option to purchase Channels directly through Prime Video. All the movies and TV programming included with the subscription are then available to watch on demand, on all compatible Prime Video devices.
I understand that you were unaware of the subscription and upon contacting **************** they were able to refund a year's worth of the subscription. When this happens, we're able to refund up to 12 months of a subscription as an exception. In this case, we're not able to offer further refunds for this subscription. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as I understand that this is not the resolution you were looking for.
We recommend you set up a Prime Video PIN so you can avoid future unknown charges for subscriptions using the following steps.

I made a purchase on Amazon.com (Amazon Prime) ORDER # ***-2984867-6720244 This was a used item through their Amazon Warehouse.When I got the unit, it wasn't working quite well and I suspect it is because it was a used and returned item.I sent it back to them through their automated return system. Amazon delivered to me a package that was damaged. I took photos of everything and they demand for me to send them a photo of my ID which has extremely confidential information to just send on the web. I called because I didn't receive my item. It said it was delivered on the 13th but I know I was here and it was not delivered I called today 18th letting them know I still hadn't received it they told me it was delivered and they can't do anything for me asked if I had contacted neighbors I told them yes other than two neighbors who have dogs that are vicious so I don't go there. They then told me to file a police report for the missing item. I told them that sounded crazy and I'm not calling the police unless my car was stolen. I told my father what was going on and he offered to go to the other neighbor's houses the package was outside the house and completely soaked from being rained on and outside for days I contacted Amazon again letting them know I need to return it and now they're saying they need my ID for they will not refund my money it's going back to them because it's of no use to me. On November 15th I placed an order for some little girls tights toddler baby girl seamless cable knit leggings and Gerber toddler unisex long sleeve onesies bodysuits for a total of $121.29 the box was delivered opened I went on the app of Amazon to complain and when I looked at the photo the driver took of the package I realized the package was opened when he left it which means the driver realized and knew in some capacity that he was dropping off an empty box the only thing I received that day was a phone case that I ordered that was in the envelope next to the Box the driver placed the box down on its side and used the envelope from Amazon to prop up next to the Box to hold the tape in place so it would not flap when I lifted up the envelope and flip the box over to its side I realized it felt like there was nothing in it I noticed the tape was not sticking to the box it would have been pulled off so I just flipped the lid up and peeped in and my items were not in there I complained to Amazon on the 16th and they told me I had to make a police report and submit a copy of my ID because they think somebody came into my yard and stole my items clearly nobody came into my yard to steal my items as the delivery driver took a photo of the box and the orange tape is not attached to the top of the box so the driver dropped off my box knowing that it was open so whether he opened my box himself and took my items or I don't know what happened but this driver had to have known what he did when he dropped off this box. For my supporting documents I uploaded a screenshot from the Amazon website showing the photo that the Amazon driver took when he dropped off the package you can clearly see in the photo the orange shape is not attached to the top of the box and the envelope is holding it down I cannot file a police report for receiving an empty box the products never came to my property which means they were never stolen from my property but when they were still with AmazonBusiness Response

I received the package after a couple of days where I immediately opened a return as it was $60 cheaper from ******** Amazon provided a prepaid label and was picked up by **** tracking number is : 1Z55AY222619674473. It shows that Amazon received the item back on October 20, 2023 to their return center. On October 30, 2023 Amazon supposedly issued a refund as your return is complete. Your refund has been issued today is November 18, 2023 and there is still no refund reflected on my original card payment. I reached out and now they are telling me that their is abnormal activity on my account and will need to provide a valid government ID, which I have no idea what they will do with and then they will do an investigation and PERHAPS theyll issue me a refund. What does a government ID have to do when you can clearly see from my Amazon account that not only ********************** has received the item but also has supposedly issued the refund to the original card payment but yet nothing has been received? I saw that there are many other people on Reddit with the same issue as well, I will also be making a post, I will be filing all this to the attorney general in my country as this is illegal, and lastly if all fails I will be contacting my credit card company to open a dispute as I have more than enough evidence for this to be an open and shut case. I am rejecting this response because:I have already reached out over ten times, Ive never even received a warning before about returns on my account. They keep ignoring my emails and continue spamming the same message over and over. At the end of the day, I returned the item with a prepaid shipping label from Amazon themselves, I have tracking proof that the item was delivered back to Amazon, and on top of it all I have photo evidence that Amazon is stating your return is complete. Your refund has been issued . It has been almost a month now and no resolution, and now the final time I reached out, I supposedly have to issue a government photo ID? Why what does that have to do with anything. What youre doing is illegal Amazon. I am posting this on Reddit and contacting my credit card company, you may ban my account but I do not have time for your continued games.
