      My wife purchased an item from Amazon that was 169$. It was a hover board and scooter, when purchased it said it would be Delivered before Christmas well 2 days after the order was placed the delivery date changed and my wife spent hrs on the phone trying to talk to some one to cancel the order and asking for a refund.. the order was at the *** store and was able to be canceled.. were were told a refund would be issued once they receive the item back at their warehouse we the order was back at *************** days ago.. and we are being rudely hung up on told Amazon cant do anything about it .. not transferring us to supervisors and now there is a delivery date for the 27th of December again.. and one part says its delivered on the 19th.. we just want our money back.. there is also a tire that was231$ I had purchased for my car and they sent me one that was nothing like I ordered not even close to the radius I ordered let alone the name brand I paid for

      I am rejecting this response because: the second tire was still the wrong tire and was returned again I have photos of what was received and what I paid to receive.. the ever cross 6.5 hover board was never delivered and we still have not gotten our refund and that was December 19th it was canceled you have the product and are saying it was delivered please look further into that matter ** it was 169$ and I have no product or my money thank you for your response but please look into the matters before you promptly respond

      Amazon has been double billing me for Kindle Unlimited while I was a Prime member. I called them to dispute this practice and they only refunded 3 months of double charges. This has apparently been happening since July of 2018.

      I purchased 2 cell phones in November 27, 2023. They did not work as advertised and they were returned through Amazon for a full refund of $1182.60. Amazon received the 2 cell phones back and sent me a confirmation on December 12, 2023. Amazon stated my refund was issued on December 13, 2023. It was not refunded my bank account shows clearly no deposit from Amazon. I contacted customer service and they tried to convince me to take an exchange instead. I said no, I want my money. So on Amazon's site it shows my money was returned and it wasn't. Amazon acknowledges this, and then Amazon tells me it will be refunded some time in the future but they can't send it back to my account. Then I'm told it's a high dollar amount so they can't send it now. I demand a manager get on the phone and that I want this in writing, I'm told they can't send anything to me in writing. After 42 minutes on the call they pull someone else on the phone that says shes a manager again telling me they can't send anything in writing to me but they are going to send a check in the mail that will show up some time next month, they know it will take 8 to 10 days to process! Then I'm told around 1 month. Amazon's policy once they receive their item back they immediately issue a return. They have their product, they did not send back my money.       Hello it is now 01-29-2024.

      I have contacted Amazon on this a couple of times already and they have not resolved this issue.

      There is no email from them as ***** has written.

      I'm not looking for a Amazon Gift Card, they know already I want my money back and already confirmed that they are

      to send me a check since they refuse the return the money to the credit card I have on file with them.

      When contacting Amazon and stating that it is now far past the time that I was told that a check would be issued on this, they

      told me it would take a lot longer and then hung up on me.  I want my money back or I'm handing this off to a lawyer.

      I filled out the Touchstone link and still nothing has happened. I received no response from Amazon after that link was sent it has now been over a week on that part. It looks like the

      link will allow a direct check payment, however no such transaction has taken place. Today is March 10, 2024.

      I'm not sure what is going on at this point as Amazon has not responded to my last email requesting information regarding what is now happening with this refund.

      The Touchstone link itself was successfully filled out according to the Touchstone application. DCU my Bank has also confirmed there has been no activity regarding

      any refund from Amazon, or any attempt from Amazon to contact DCU, either directly or VIA this Touchstone application.

      Not sure what Amazon is doing at this point, however I am still waiting on my refund.

      Amazon listed a ebike for $245.01 Order number Order# ***-6745923-3673839 I bought the bike on December 10 2023. They said it would be shipped and we would receive it on Dec 18th. Then they sent an email saying running late and would get it by dec.21. We never got the bike and they issued me a refund without contacting me. I don't want the refund I want the bike. They made a false advertisement on the bike for the price and will not honor the price. They said I could rebuy the bike at over $300 more if I wanted it. This is not right and is a scam. They blame the 3rd party seller for this but as we all know it is listed on Amazon's site by Amazon so this would be them at fault. I have nothing to do with the 3rd party. I told Amazon that they could cover the extra money for false advertisement and they said no. If they don't step up and do the right thing I will be filing a civil suit for false advertisement. You can't mislead people only to upcharge them later. If this is a scam seller you should not have them on your site. I am fine with another bike with the same specks sent to me for the same amount, which there are several but at a higher cost.

      We bought the item on you site and your listing for $228.98 and you did not honor that price. That is false advertising if you can not fulfill your contract with us. You refunded our money without asking us only after you realize or someone that the price was to good to be true. I have read other sites online that you have done this to them as well on this item.       On August 30, 2023 I received my which Amazon order which consisted of a hemoglobin test meter from Amazon. In the same order I received Accu-Answer hemoglobin test strips. The order no. is Order # ***-8816404-6659427 dated August 28, 2023. I placed a "return" of the product because you need 2 people to use this item which is not disclosed in the description shown on Amazon's site. The item was to be picked up by Amazon's driver, i.e. **** I paid a $7.99 fee for it to be picked up at my residence. It was not picked up and after a week, I called Amazon again and they put out another pick up call/tag in which I had to pay the $7.99 pick up fee again and which again was never picked up. I am out $153.19 for something I cannot even used. I have been going back and forth with Amazon and they still have NOT made good on this transaction. I tried to go to *** but they said they cannot send it back to the seller because once again there was no pick up call/tag the 2nd and 3rd times I tried to resolve this matter.

      I purchased a hemoglobin test kit and additional test strips. I contacted both Amazon and the seller and have gotten absolutely nowhere with either company. I previously filed a complaint with BBB but I never heard from them either. This testing kit is one of the most ridiculous kits, as it requires two people to even use it. I do not have someone who can help me with this so I wanted to return it but as indicated above nobody would get back to me!!!

      I bought a bunch of computer tech stuff earlier in OCTOBER. My card I bought said items with went missing so I ended it before the refund could be issued. I have been trying to get the money refunded back my a different card for 1.5 MONTHS. Eventually I gave in because I didn't want to wait 6 weeks for a check so I am opting to get my money back to my Amazon gift card balance. I have talked to multiple Amazon sales reps telling me to reference back to an old email. No response. I called again and they forced me to upload my **. No response. I am missing on the full amount of 3 returns to added to my gift card balance on my account. ********************** has had more than the 72 hours to respond in the time they said they would and nothing. The ** request email even told me I HAD to wait 3 days before contacting again, almost like they hope I forget. I want them to refund these 3 refunds that you can clearly see have no been issued back to my amazon account. It has been well over a month and everytime I call amazon they tell me to reference back to an email that no one responds to. Please help me. Dealing with amazon has never been this difficult.

      I ordered a gift for a family member on 12/10. I requested that the package be delivered on 12/17, despite options to be delivered sooner.       June 15 2023 I had made many purchases through amazon. 1 order I had placed was a cat litter box and a graphics card for my computer. ORDER # ***-5003707-0063403. The cat litter box was returned by amazon before it arrived to my home and was refunded and the graphics card (MSI Gaming GeForce GT 710) never arrived. A few days after the order was placed I had received notification that the graphics card had arrived but when I went to retrieve that parcel along with several others that had been delivered, it was not there. I contacted amazon and was told to wait until the next day and see if it would be delivered then. I did that, again the next day I received notification that my parcel had been delivered, however again when I went to get it, it was not there. Both items in this particular order never arrived and I had only been refunded for one item. I contacted them regarding this and was told it was delivered. I was told I needed to file a police report. My package was not stolen, it was never delivered. I went around in circles with the representative at amazon who finally said I needed to fill out an affidavit about the missing item and open an investigation. I had just laid my wife, daughter and grand daughter to rest as they had all passed away so the stress just was way to much for me so I let it go. Yesterday I used the last few dollars I had and 2 amazon gift cards to add to my balance to buy a game for my son for Christmas. When I went to buy the game with my balance the option was greyed out. I called amazon and have spent over 4 hours on the phone transferred at least 9 times and was given no resolution other than to purchase something else. I asked for a refund of my reload that and was told it is not an option. A policy was implemented in November of this year that no longer allows the purchase of digital content with amazon gift card balances. I was never notified of this. They changed policy with no notification to the customers. Please Help!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There is no order number for gift cards, I did not purchase gift cards, I topped up my gift card balance in order to purchase a game for my son. Amazon without notifying its customers, changed the policy in November 2023 which allowed the purchase of these items but now no longer does. I spent the last 25$ I had *** my son now gets no gift because amazon has decided to not allow me to spend my money on what I choose to spend it on. As for the graphics card, ot was 6 months ago, Amazon basically stole my money *** never sent or delivered the product. It is what it is, the notes have been in my file for months. I was not filing a police report for a package that was never delivered, lying to police is a felony!

      I made a purchase for a turkey ***** via online on amazon.com; the package arrived damaged (missing a few pieces of the set). I contacted amazon directly for which I was told to return the package for a full refund. I subsequently returned the package only to hear that my refund would be processed in 3-5 days; its been over a month since! When I checked back on the status of the refund in my amazon account, the timeline has changed from December 21st to December 25; before which it was December 13th; all they are doing is keep pushing an imaginary timeline forward without ever giving me back my rightful refund for merchandise that they recieved! All I want is my money back! Can you PLEASE help me correct this awful practice of Amazon! I've attached screenshot pics of the my amazon account showing the changes to the refund timeline for the order (for you review). Thanks for your time and help in the matter.
