      received damage and missing parts, returned 9 days ago, amazon received 5 days ago, still no refund. i have been calling amazon every day and get told different scenarios. i called amazon legal department but they are always closed. now amazon tells me to wait two more weeks then to call back. i want my refund. customers need to think before placing orders with amazon.

      I was charged for items I have developed an allergic too and they still refused to give me my money back. I made a rent payment and been on Amazon and my bank nothing came out until yesterday. Amazon still refuse to help. I have all screenshots of how the items wasnt shipping and yall still choice to not intercept the package. After this I will be suing yall for stealing. I explain to 10 different customers agents and they were rude and refused to help. I spend thousands with Amazon it stops now.

      I am paying for a reserved instance i literally cannot use. They refuse to assist Invalid option specification (Namespace: 'aws:ec2:instances', OptionName: 'InstanceTypes'): Your selected instance types (t3a.xlarge) aren't available in your selected VPC Subnets. t3a.xlarge is available in [us-east-1a, **-east-1b, **-east-1c, **-east-1d, **-east-1f].       I returned two items to a *** store and received my refund via Amazon gift card within 24 hours! It was even shipped from the third-party seller. I would have given them a five-star rating but lately my orders have been delayed when I purchased items that I wouldn't have only to be eligible for overnight delivery!!!! It always says Delayed in Transit!!!! Even when it says delivered at a locale facility several days prior???

      I was charged two for two items that I did NOT authorize and if not for the my messages via the Amazon platform I wouldn't know they were there. The items did not appear on my list of orders. I was able to cancel one item but the other is on route and I have to wait for the item to return it so that I can get refunded.

      I have been charged twice one charge on April 2, 2024, for Prime Video Channels for $ ***** and one on May 3rd for Prime Video Channel for $*****. I didn't authorize charges and do not know how they got my charge card number. Scam Scam

      FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!This is the third occasion I, or my family, have purchased items from Amazon that are not made where it states in the description. (I actually documented this experience with pictures of both seller description and item box that arrived. )I have tried to complain to Amazon recently and in the past about them allowing sellers to mislead the public and they will not post my seller feedback ousting theses individuals so now I hold Amazon fully responsible because they support these actions. Since I am looking to purchase Made in *******, I'll find a product labeled that (very hard to find), purchase it, then when I receive it, I notice it marked made in China or PRC. Apparently they try to label it as hate speech to support your country over another. All I ask is to be truthful of the product's origin. False advertisement is a criminal offense, you would think Amazon would not want to support criminals. I am getting tired of returning items I never would have purchased in the first place.************

      I ordered 4 items at one time, when i check out it showed a amount with free shipping, I was charged shipping for one item, when I called them they told me its a third party. that was not on the amount I agreed to!!! what a rip off!

      Instant 150$ Annual Renewal Upgrade was applied to my account when I clicked on a dropdown that auto-selects the top default when you exit. I immediately canceled the subscription and requested a refund. This was December 26th, at 8:55PM they sent an email notifying me of the cancellation. The website indicated I would get my refund in 5 business days. That did not happen.Today I contacted their customer support (after an hour of trying to reach them through their site!). I was told by them (Customer ********************** Rep, and Supervisor) the lie I had not canceled the service at all and that I would have to wait another 5 business days or the refund. This is a scam.The customer ********************** manager I spoke with, furthered the lie that I had not canceled services and then hung up on me claiming I had cursed him. At this point, I assume they are not giving me my money and I have attempted to reverse the charges with my bank.

      This place is not customer friendly. They ignore fact they sell you items. They talk to you like you are lower than a snake crawling on ground. They hang up on you total 19 times. Think they are keeping money not give refund. Someone needs a reality check this has been like trying to pull teeth out of a cobra to get assistance which that's pretty sad thing to say about a company. You send them a pkg. They mail it back but not to you to Staples. I mean good grief. The owner needs to get a grip retrain workers contact consumers when they complain not pass it on. Get a grip.I will never buy one more thing. And will see everyone knows of experience.
