Changing major games to Microsoft exclusives years into development when even Microsoft has acknowledged that their console is inferior is extremely rude and unethical. Games that were already expected before Microsoft acquired them should have been left available to all game consoles. Honestly, they would probably make more money that way anyhow. They would sell many more copies of games developed by companies they now own. They are not going to sell enough of their failed console to cover what they will lose by making games exclusive.

Microsoft caused unsolicited ads to block everything on my computer. When I sought help, I got a quote for help for $1. Then I was told it would be $39 more. Requests for further help got nowhere, despite waiting forever - just stalling and mentioning their great review with BBB. I finally gave up, but still have problems with my computer! Downgrade them!

I was charged for 3 months for a Xbox live subscription I canceled back in February . When I call customer service the receptionist kepted giving me the run around. When asked to speak to a manager He changed his voice and said he was the manager. This company is extremely disrespectful and rude. I feel completely scammed by these people. Not ever doing business with them again

I think your repeated decision to discontinue supporting various operating systems is intolerable and against fair trade laws of business. You force users to buy new computers when the ones they have are working for their needs under current systems. I had to get rid of a computer I loved when you dumped Windows XP. I purchased a new computer and now you intend to dump Windows 10. I intend to follow every avenue I can to get some attention on this practice.

Saw a complaint here that one person waited on hold with support for 1 hour. I waited on the queue for the business support line for over 3 hrs. Because I cannot access or recover my account, I cannot initiate a support ticket for a callback in the Admin center. The wait time it provided when it put me on hold was 120 minutes. This seemed atrocious but I stuck it out as it seemed as though there were no other options. I used my second phone to try and continue to get through to support at the other numbers I had for Microsoft, to no avail. All lead to the same automatic system. At the 3 hr **** the god-awful hold music finally cut out and the line went dead. I was not helped, and still haven't received help. Noone in any other department can direct me to a person in the business support department that can assist me. I have spent hours and hours attempting to get help. It seems my only recourse is to dispute the automatic billing charges to my credit card, but since I have other work and personal microsoft accounts with subscriptions I am worried that a chargeback could have consequences for the other Microsoft services I currently use this credit card to pay for.The automated system that answers is truly an egregious insult to their customers. It is extremely difficult to navigate the prompts in such a manner that actually gets you put into a phone queue. If the bot determines that a support agent would be "unable to help with your request", it provides self-help instructions to use the website. If you call back within that same hour, it will not run you through any prompts, it will simply reiterate the self-help instructions provided to you on the previous call. This system is deliberately designed to discourage people from making repeated calls in the hopes of finally successfully getting connected to a queue/agent, by effectively freezing you out of the system for a long period of time. To have a support line engineered in this way is unbelievably appalling

Since last November I've tried to register as a Windows developer through the Developer program. I've applied as both a company and as an individual. I keep getting denied access and am told to go to my account administrator. I don't have one! I'm a sole proprietor. I would like to untangle this mess and apply for a Windows developer as an individual. I paid to register. I want to be vindicated.

Like many others in the comment sections, a fraudulent charge appeared on my account and ********************/Xbox refuses to do anything about it. Disgusting customer service, stay away!

I have a sweepstakes with Microsoft rewards that I entered into last year and it still says pending and to check back March 1st 2023. It's now May 10th 2023 and it still shows the same message.

Wish a could leave no stars. We closed the Microsoft account 2 years ago and they keep charging to my Discover account for a ghost account. One must be very cautious opening an account with them. Better NOT opening an account at all.
