I paid for an Xbox and a 2 year ultimate game pass. I complained to Microsoft saying the service ***** because its all old games. They have no phone support or chat support so its impossible to speak with them. They cancelled my subscription to be spiteful and Im still paying for the service. I bought the Xbox and ultimate game pass as a bundle through Citizens Pay at Best Buy and there is no way to cancel with Citizens Pay. I will be paying whether I have the service or not and MS cancelled it without speaking with me. And they are blocking my email address.

On November 19th, I attempted to order an Xbox Series S and Stereo Headphones (free with Xbox purchased) over chat with Microsoft Support as I had trouble placing the order myself. The support member also mentioned having issues so I told him/her to not purchase it and I would try again later in the day myself. An hour later I received notification that Stereo headphones alone (not free, order #**********) had been purchased from my account using my gift card balance without my consent. I quickly contacted support who said they would file a cancellation request and it would be cancelled within ***** hours. Later that day I was notified Microsoft denied my cancellation request for unknown reasons. I again contacted support who stated I should contact *** to have them return the item right away to the warehouse. I contacted *** who filed a request with Microsoft to cancel the delivery which Microsoft also then declined and had the item that I never ordered shipped to my apartment. Microsoft stated to get the money back I would have to go return the item which I never even ordered and did not want. I did this the following morning but the return will be after Black Friday sales ended which I wanted to use my gift card balance for. Microsoft support said they would come back with ***** hours with a solution on Tuesday and I have still heard nothing back.Microsoft fraudulently ordered an item using my money, denied order cancellation request, denied my shipping cancellation request, and refuses to refund my money that they took from me before this sale ends. I did not give consent to order this item and want my money back immediately. Support has lied to me multiple times and exacerbated this problem at each step along the way. Every time I contact support Microsoft they tell me I have to return the item to get my money which I have done but I deserve more than to suffer due to their carelessness at every stage of this fiasco.
