No satisfactory response as to the strange behavior on my current account, or how my previous Microsoft account had been breached many times without solution, along with why my Microsoft Account was not properly deleted and deactivated when I had deleted and deactivated it. Someone else was using the ****************** Microsoft account with a different recovery email and possibly even phone number without my knowledge since I had already deleted and deactivated it.

Upon reporting this issue to the Microsoft chat support many times, including in December 2022 when I received notification that someone had accessed my Skype and Microsoft account, none of the representatives acknowledged the breach. I now only have the one Microsoft, Outlook, Skype account above with email address **************************** If there are any other accounts associated with my name then they are the result of identity theft. I also have NEVER had a GitHub account. The previous email address, ******************, had been compromised for a number of years through which ****** did not respond to my many complaints until upwards of a year of consistent complaints. I am rejecting this response because:I will be responding to the email but the fact that I deleted and deactivated the account back in December 2022 and it was able to be reactivated and have information changed without my knowledge and bypassing two factor authentication is the epitome of unsafe online account usage. I had made many complaints and reports, as well as tickets on the account yet your team allowed my personal information to be compromised without even bothering to investigate the issue properly, then allowing someone to once again reopen the account and impersonate me or someone else without my knowledge. I was previously unable to regain access to the account due to information being changed without my knowledge.

Microsoft has helped out in the past in talking me into a new computer with windows 11, much faster but has a lot of outstanding issues. This computer they picked and cost almost $1500.00 dollars and they software doesn't block the spam nor follow the rules that are set up to directly put in permanent trash nor does it send and receive quickly all the time. Could take as long as 10 mins, much slower than old computer. *****, their tech said it would improve in time, well it's been months and no improvement. I use Microsoft **** only but seems to be JUNK. It opens several pages not just the one I need, I checked the setting and set properly I believe, and the **** C*** still does not work. Microsoft needs to schedule a time with me to correct their issues of software deficiency or refund or upgrade my software cost. I purchased a digital copy of a video game and within 48 hours realized i purchased the incorrect game. I have tried to speak with xbox support multiple times via phone and have been hung up while trying to make my case. This seems to be a practice of not having to engage with customers. Their website clearly state refunds are typically given for with 14 days if non significant gaming time has been accumulated. I meet this requirement. Outlook Email I am trying to access: *************************** I have tried to access my outlook account multiple times but the only option available is through an online questionnaire. I cannot reset my password due to 2 factor authentication being turned off and not having access to the email option for recovery. They refuse to allow me to just osr my phone number that is on file. They have no way of contacting them via phone for assistance and no actual human to chat with. Only an AI. My son just woke up to get on his Xbox and when he woke up it was showing his account is banned for a year because of something that happened this morning. But his Xbox was not even on and his account was not even being used so how can it be banned when it was powered off in my living room while I was in the kitchen cleaning. I purchased a Microsoft Surface Slim Pen 2 from my local Best Buy on December 18, 2022. The product has a one year warranty from the date of purchase. I have tried every possible way that I can find online to file a warranty claim for the pen as it has completely stopped working after using it a total of three times since I purchased it. When I try to go through the process of submitting a warranty claim for the device through ********************'s website, I'm required to register the product using the serial number. When I register the device to my Micrsoft Outlook email account ************************** it indicates that the warranty period ended on October 7, 2023. How would it determine that when I've never registered the item previously, and I have the proof of purchase from Best Buy stating that I bought it on December 18, 2022? Once the Microsoft website indicated my warranty was expired (which again, it is NOT expired), I have been given no options for contacting someone (via email, phone, chat, etc). I found a support phone number, and I tried that, as well. Again, the automated system asked for the serial number of the device. After I repeated the serial number to the the automated system, I was again told that the device is out of warranty and not given any options for contacting anyone to provide proof of when the device was purchased. It almost seems as if this system is purposefully convoluted with no options for talking to a human to explain that the device is in fact still within the one year manufacturer's warranty period. This seems to be a deceptive practice, and gives me (the consumer) very little confidence that Microsoft wants to honor their warranties.Business Response
