      Onedrive has changed their allotments for free storage. Like all bait and switch programs, notice was given, but MS did more than give me notice that my storage exceeded their new limits = they HALTED my emails service until I either deleted these files or paid them extra money. We call that a ******! This is no different than a HACKER that waits for MONEY to give access/service back to a user! I refuse to give MS any more money = F*** MS and all their product lines. I instead started to download all my files - but the system is always in error and refuses to allow me to download my files. See the attached photo of me trying to download one folder and then the error that is presented in the Download of the corrupted folder that does not contain my data. MS is nothing but a CORP PREDATOR. I used their internal complaint system and received no reply - that is likely because my EMAIL is being BLOCKED by MS until I pay their ******! All I want is all my data, and then I will delete all my MS ******** and never use them AGAIN!

      MS *** outlook.com and one drive have recently changed the allocations for free memory storage. As a result, I am currently exceeding my new established limits. I have tried to contact MS help - vi alive chat and email but the system fails to finalize my request. They have also frozen my email account and I am not allowed to receive or send emails. This measure fails to give me a valid method to resolve any matter in regards to this and any of the life decisions that I must engage in because the system refuses to allow me to download my own files, as the final compression fails continuously. The result is that for days I have tried to retrieve my own files and have been denied by MS systems, at the same time they have frozen my email until I PAY their ****** to increase my storage allotment. Their predatory scheme is a SIMPLE ******. I can't retrieve my files, I can't use email = until I pay them more money. F*** MS and all their products. I will never use them again. Notice. I will not be able to receive email notice of this claim because MS has frozen my email delivery. NOW TELL ME THAT I AM NOT BEING COERCED!

      Xbox Microsoft has a rewards program. I have participated in and have had no problem up until a little after I loved to ******. They would give me no explanation except that I was violating policies when I tried to spend my points. I just want to use the points I do have as the settlement. If they could see that they are in the wrong and that I didn't violate anything and reinstate my account for the rewards that'd be nice as well. But they assumed I was trying yo get double points because I have a US phone and live in ****** and my US xbox account was never migrated on their end even though I did it on their website they said it didn't Change on their end. I tried AT LEAST a dozen times to contact them. They would reply with a generic message saying it was me, I violated and abused the terms and policy. I never did such a thing not willingly anyway. I've been with them for 15 years never violated anything ever. They ended up stop even replying to my messages. They have no phone number to contact for the rewards program. So email was all I had. They stopped responding to my pleas for help and explaining to them what happened. This has happened to so many others I have come to find out on a thread on their Microsoft website, that they don't care about apparently since they never help people. I just want to be able to cash in my points at the very least and be done with the rewards program if they will not actually help and see how I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. They also said id be able to use them after 48 hours or so and that never happened and they also close my ticket out right away before i can even repsond. They also let me earn and donate points but I cannot redeem them for anything. I used to live in **********. Moved to ****** last February. Was able to redeem points up until this year and their "normal customer service" doesn't help with the rewards issues and apparently don't communicate with that side of Microsoft/xbox according to themselves.

      I am rejecting this response because: I'm hardly EVER contacted by anyone from Microsoft.  The said person that was "helping" me said multiple times that they couldn't help or other things that got me nowhere. The last thing he said to me was that some other part of the customer service had to help with the issue. And I haven't heard from them. I'm tired of being jerked around. I'm told it's because I'm trying to do something out of the country, which I'm not. Then I'm told I can't be helped then I'm told another department is the only one that can help me. This has been a problem since January, which i was given 0 help *** only blamed until i submitted a complaint with BBB. I'm not given solutions or updates. Around and around my chain is pulled driving me insane.

      My microsoft account was hacked and im not getting help from microsoft. I used that account to play games and i have been using it since my minecraft account was migrated. I have been contacting support for over half a year now and they have all refused to help me, they say that it it possible to give back my xbox account and my game, but they refuse to do so at all, even if they know very well that the account is mine.Not only that, i had another account that was blocked for no reason, and nobody from microsft help me at all, at some point they started to ignore my requests and they never got back to me.All i want is my account back and to be able to play games again, thier support have made everything very difficult and i have had enough of it.

      In early 2023, I subscribed to a Microsoft Business 365 business account seeking a domain of ***.com. I quickly knew that I would never utilize this and sought to cancel. The cancellation process seemed incredibly difficult, namely getting in touch with a human being. Finally, I heard back from one via email saying the account had been closed to ****************** I just discovered that for the past year, this company has been charging my Mastercard for ***** every month! I called and attempted to reach them at ************** but was told to go to a website to manage my account at sp/mf.com or something strange like that and it wouldn't let me in only sending me to my student account. I have been scammed and looking through my personal email at yahoo they have been sending me invoices for the past year! With one email saying that I had renewed for "September 2024?" I am extremely angry and demand they return all of my funds they have taken from me for services that I have never used and hope that someone like your organization might have better luck than I in reaching an actual representative of this company.

      This is incorrect. The representative from Microsoft emailed me and said she found my account ***.com but refuses to close it, instead saying my financial institution should. They continue to charge me and I am demanding that I speak with someone there that will refund my Mastercard. The case is simple- I opened an account with you two years ago for you to host a domain. Almost immediately I canceled, or so I thought.       I purchased a game from Xbox 01/13/2024. The game didn't work I requested a refund and it was approved the same day. Still today I have not received my refund for the game. I was able to talk to someone 14 days after it was approved and they said they were working on it. That they are behind. It has now been 2 month. When you try to contact them for support it just re-routes you to going online to check the status and no way to contact someone. My account email with them is ****************** I would just like my refund please

      To whom it may concern,Good evening. On March 11th, I attempted to load Skype credit to call a family member abroad. The transaction kept declining even though my bank said that they had approved the transaction. Then, I got a notification that my account was locked. I checked with my bank and they said that they did approve a transaction from Skype on their end.Respectfully, my account should be reinstated since there seems to have been an error on Microsoft's end and the transaction was approved by my bank.       I have purchased the office word 2019 so that I dont have to pay subscription fees, now you are telling me that you are not supporting office on the ***** Why this is happening?       I went to log into my Xbox Series X with my Xbox Live Account but my password would not work. I went onto Microsoft.com to reset my password, but was unsuccessful at resetting the password. I was given the option to have a code sent to my phone after providing the last 4 digits of my phone number. I provided the last 4 digits on 3/11 multiple times and never received a code via text. I did the same thing on 3/12, and never received a code. I tried to recover my account twice following their steps but it received 2 emails saying they were unable to help me. You cannot speak to anyone, you can't chat with anyone, and you can't get them to call you. I can't play my Xbox at all because I can't sign into it.
