      Transaction occurred in March 2024 and was billed 1st ***** 2024 and support was contacted on Thursday, ***** 11, 2024 6:14 AM The amount of money paid to business is $455.00 in total which is two bills $341.41 for March and $114.67 billed for ***** 2024.This is a cloud computing platform by Azure Microsoft and once you cancel/delete a subscription it needs to kill/destroy the resources so it does not incur charges, I initiated the subscription cancellation, it gave me a message that it continues in the background. This supposed to cancel the subscription so it does not incur charges.I navigated away from the page. The platform did not complete the cancellation and continued to incur charges. This was a reproduction of a solution and the same resources were created and destroyed in AWS platform as well. Luckily AWS did cancel the resources and it did not incur charges.I did raise a support ticket with the platform's support team which is an off-shore staff in ***** and they said they got approval for the refund of the charges and they would issue them as the invoices become available.       On February 28th I received 2 charges from MircoSoft from my debit card? One for ****** and other one for *****. I personally did not sign up for anything. The only other person that has access to my Acc is a minor. I found out he signed up for a free service and he had 7 days to cancel. I tried to get in contact with MicroSoft but got the runaround. I reach out to PayPal and file a dispute with them and my bank. This was right before the 1st of March which my rent was $200 short because of these charges. The dispute from PayPal and the bank were not in my favor. I didnt not sign up for nor do I personally need this service. Finally got in touch with MicroSoft and talked to ****** in management. He stated he would get my money back because it was a minor. Then someone call and sent me a email stating the way their system is set up I need to go through my bank. I already did and mt account had a charge back of ******. I would like assistance getting my ****** and ***** back. Its not fair for a company to charge this amount for services. I am a single Mother. I cant afford a lost of $200.

      They keep billing me without allowing me to cancel Microsoft 365. I dont even own a computer anymore. Im retired, and it charges me ~100 a year for something I can not use. I can not get to a person to cancel; I cant follow the bot to cancel. I need it canceled.

      this is the 6th time i've gotten emails from Microsoft stating that i received a "temporary passcode" while NOT having made an attempt to log in myself. as with the last 5 times this has happened in the past 3 years, i have double checked my information, made sure 2 factor is on, and changed my password each. and. every. time. i've checked any log in attempts through my security settings and have found UPWARDS OF 20 LOG IN ATTEMPTS FROM COUNTRIES I DO NOT RESIDE IN!!!!!! each. and. every. time. i have also contacted customer support and have been told to do everything that i've already done, as well as change my email address on the account, which CLEARLY isn't working. i was told by this same customer support representative to "wait it out and hope the attempted hacking stops and they give up," and as we can see here, clearly, this. HAS. NOT. STOPPED!!!!!!! any other attempts i've made before and after this incident have resulted in being told that there is "nothing else Microsoft can do for me to help" and this company needs to be held liable and investigated for their ignorance and downplaying a legitimate data breach, let alone security concerns as this is also illegal to do in accordance with the ************ Protection Regulation (GDPR) AND goes against the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) as they have neglected this issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: although i have been reached out to by a Microsoft employee, there has been clear lack of communication since their initial email. i followed up twice and still haven't gotten any other info about what is going on with my account, resolutions to the security issues, etc, no communication aside from telling me they were "looking into it more". its an empty promise without communication and little to no effort on their end. sure, one could say that "a lot goes into security and solving issues like these", but how can they be fixed if the one at fault isn't doing their part by asking more questions, communicating effectively, giving updates, staying in contact etc, this is really unprofessional of a business and shows negligence that could be avoided, aside from being told by their customer service representatives to "change the email and hope the log in attempts stop" (as you can see above in the screenshots provided, my email did NOT change like it was supposed to, and 2 factor authentication is also 50/50).

      I bought windows 11 computer. I was forced to do research on how to set up a local account (by default only offers you to make a microsoft account). There is a built in way to create one and I did. The moment I did I found most of the features of this operating system were locked behind getting a microsoft account (including getting customer support). I have tried but there is no customer support phone number of email publicly available. I am simply trying to access all the features of a program I bought without surrendering personal identifiable information (had to do that here not a fan). Would like it explained how to access all of the program or the program modified so I do not have to surrender any person identifiable information (was not advertised that I would need to surrender this information to use their product).

      Microsoft offers "cash back" incentives for certain purchases made on Microsfot Edge, and refuses to award cash back, except as a "show of good faith", but then it is impossible to access the cash back due to internal difficulties such as "requiring another phone number" beyond the phone numbers already listed. Microsoft refuses to assist despite many messages over many months.

      Hi, I have spoken with a representative of Microsoft who has said that the in game reporting feature on their Xbox is accurate, but this has proven to be false. The gamertag Aabanded has been reported for using cheats on the Microsoft 343 game Halo Master Chief Collection months ago and he is still running around doing as he pleases. Things such as changing his in game name to racial slurs, flying around the map, looking through walls, aimbotting and much more. He goes by the name ******* and stalks Twitch streamers weekly. This guy and many others literally have the ability to end any game if they see that they cannot win, or just to mess with players. Players have made multiple ******* videos showing whats going on and 343 Industries does nothing about it for some reason. I recently came back to this game after a short break and was stunned at the amount of modding cheaters have infested this game making it nearly unplayable in mainly ranked playlists. I even heard on Twitch that players are actually paying money to get cheaters to help them, and witnessed one player who is not good at the game bragging that he was having a cheater on his team help him get his rank to a high level on Halo 3 MCC. Players called him out on it in game and he just laughed at them and said they were jealous. Some players have suspected that 343 Industries may be behind the cheats since they are allowing it to go on for so long. We users spend ***** for Xbox gamepass and have to deal with these guys ruining our day. Games are used for reducing stress, and now these modders are adding to it and ruining a game that was legendary and one of the best to ever be on Xbox. Some players want to come back to the game, but when they see 343 and Microsoft do not care, they simply move onto other games. Why do the Xbox report button not stop them? Why do the implemented 343 report button not stop them? And why does reporting the players on Halo Waypoint do absolutely nothing? I dont understand

      Hi, the company 343 Industries which is owned by Microsoft has not responded to their game Halo 3 MasterChiefCollection and the ongoing threats being made against me and other players. I for one pay $16.99 a month just to play this game, and it is being taken away by cheaters/hackers who have taken over the game, or are employees of 343 Industries. I had a hacker threaten me last Sunday over Xbox, and reported it, but the reporting system did nothing. I have a guy harassing me now, and i used the harassment report button, and that also has not stopped this guy. I was later asked on the streaming site Twitch what my user account name is on ********************** by the hackers using aliases, and I waited to see what they were going to do to my account. They have now prevented me from accessing games on Halo 3 MasterChiefCollection, and since 343 has no direct way to contact them, and the Microsoft automated report system does not appear to be doing anything, what can we players do to protect ourselves? These hackers have been threatening Twitch streamers as well, and are escalating because they see that both Microsoft and 343 Industries cannot stop them. They have been very racist as well, by spoofing their gamertags to the * word, and making fun of black players they come across. I watched a streamer in a Twitch chat ask a user in the chat room to pause his rank on Halo 3 which means this user is in control of game features that only the developers should be capable of. As I type this, cheater with the gamertag Skulltype is now flying around in the playlist known as team slayer, and threatening to DDoS attack players, and he is doing so now by attacking our internet and ending the game. They say they run the game, and if they can prevent us from playing and end games that we manage to join, then it suggests they are right. Can Microsoft not ban their PC's? Its unlikely they will continue buying a new PC if Microsoft actually banned the guys. They stalk and harass us nonstop

      Hi, the cheaters for the game Halo 3 Masterchief Collection are still doing as they please on this game. We players are helpless because the games developers are in on the cheating and hacks, or they simply dont care. They are the only gaming company I have ever seen that doesnt care, and they should be removed from the Halo franchise for ignoring and destroying the ************** week after week by allowing this much to go on. If these hackers are threatening to harm others and they know our location, I would say that is enough reason for the gaming company known as 343 Industries to put a stop to it somehow. Currently, a user who has been hacking for months or longer, is still doing as he pleases. He uses new accounts, and old accounts on ********************************************, and the filing a report of cheating option does nothing against him. He laughs each week that he can get away with it. It appears Microsofts cheating report option may do something, but only if enough players report it. Many players believe the report option does nothing, and that is true for the most part unless everyone reports it, so the problem here is since no one believes it works, hardly anyone is reporting it. There is no way the Xbox devs are prioritizing the high level of cheating that is going on in this particular game, and other Halo games are affected as well. Microsoft is over 343 Industries. Someone needs to put an end to this. We as players should not have to take the time to file a police report because these cheaters are DDoS attacking us anytime they want, but it is starting to look like our only option at this point. Myself and other players have a ton of screenshots, witnesses and proof of what has been going on for months or longer. I have been attacked every single day now for almost a week after the cheaters have disliked some things I said about them on the Twitch platform. My internet gets disconnected, or it becomes extremely laggy, which only happened after these guys threatened me

      I am rejecting this response because: As stated before, myself and multiple players have reported the player ************ repeatedly for cheating, and nothing has been done. And since this guy uses DDoS attacks, and you guys seem to have no interest in stopping him, we will have to refer all available info to law enforcement. Theres no way this guy should be allowed to do this and then continue escalating his hacking abilities on us. Using multiple accounts etc. The question is, what will they do next if we dont? This guy just yesterday got several players banned from this game by kicking them out. I took screenshots of my ban. All so he could win a game. There is no way he should still be on Xbox for doing this much after we reported him. Rockstar games took action and removed cheaters, so why wont Microsoft and 343 Industries? Why cant we players contact 343 Industries? We cant send them mail, or call them. On top of opening an investigation, I will go the distance to report this elsewhere if you guys do not act on this guy attacking me and others each week. My internet has received several attacks and I expect them to increase because the cheaters see Microsoft and 343 do not care

      It's desperate to try to contact a human in this company, they offer online support THAT DOESN'T WORK and there is NO way to get through to a customer service representative (I've tried dozens of times and they send me to the online system that DOESN'T WORK in my case). Horrible costumer service, maddening. I lost access to my email and I have tried dozens of times to get this email back, I have filled out forms and sent to Microsoft dozens of times and it doesn't work.For the love of God, is there a PERSON who can help me???The email I have had for over 20 years is: ********************** And I can be contacted by phone: *************** Will I have to give up on this email or can someone help me?

      I have been locked out of my Microsoft account that I use for work and the customer service is terrible the worst I've ever experienced they're basically telling me that I have to wait 30 days to get back into my account. This is unacceptable because I will lose my job.
