      "Purchased a $25 fire fighter recruit initial testing exam, filed a complaint with their support team, was literally only told to change my browser, it didnt work still, and then proceeded to ask for a refund in which they replied, We cannot provide a refund once purchased as it is against our policy. Wasted my entire day, and I still have been unable to practice the exam at all."
