      Due to an issue with their website I had issues scheduling my Cpat all day. When I finally did it. I found out I was in the wrong date. They refuse to reschedule me or refund me. Very shady practice.

      Terribly run company, paid the money to take the test and *********** out. Wasnt able to take it at first because I dont own wired headphones, then when i got it from a roommate I wasnt able to take it because my computer video wasnt working they said. So when I restarted it like they asked it would not let me back on. Called customer support and they were no help and asked me to pay the 25$ rescheduling fee. Unbelievably rude in the process

      What a horrible company. I scheduled an online examination for 6/2/2023. I read the instructions thoroughly, I took the two test prior to taking the firefighter test, and eventually it got to the Point of taking my test. I logged on to their system and had everything ready. I was in a quiet room, had headphones on, and my computer was set up to share the screen. The ******* never showed up on my screen though and after two minutes of nothing the ******* marked me as a no show. I immediately contacted support. And they were unwilling to help me. Their emails to me were actually quite rude. They said the only thing I can do now is pay an additional ************************* test. Really what it came down to, is that they just want money. They know they have bugs in their system as well (if you have tested with them before, you will understand what I mean). But they are not willing to fix them. Honestly a horrible company!

      Terrible company, ************* driven. They will cut off your test without cause or explanation. Does not matter if it is a connection issue on the computer. They will force you to reschudal and pay another 55 dollar fee. No support or help center to resolve this issue. pretty much have to do what they want if you want a job with the listed company.
