      I upgraded my service online in the morning, and it was installed and operational the same afternoon. Service scheduling and coordination was excellent via text messages and email follow-up. The technician - ********* - was very professional and verified that everything worked before he left. Upgraded my service from 30/30 to 100/100 and I've verified with multiple speed tests over a couple days. I'm actually getting 105/106. I've had this fiber to my house starting with ******* twenty years ago, then it went to Frontier and now it's with Ziply. Ziply has been the easiest to work with by far.

      I feel Ziply Fiber can offer me a lower rate based on: 1) I built my house. 2) I paid for the fiber infrastructure. 3) I switched from the #1 provider to realize a lower price. 4) Ziply Fiber offered me a promotional price rate when I switched. Now, Ziply is raising rates when 90% of customers cannot afford it. As customers we assist with affordability programs. Isnt it time Ziply tries to retain customers. Their internet service is only 70% favorable. ***** its time to switch service providers.

      I had to call to update my credit card expiration date. It was taken care of quickly and efficiently and she even got my bill back on autopay. Was fast, quick and easy!!

      Ziply Fiber responds right away to problems or questions, and they offer real solutions, options, and explanations. The representative truly listened in order to understand my problem clearly, and then provided genuine assistance. There are rarely problems with Ziply, but when they happen, Ziply is quick to fix them.
