      I was very pleased with the interaction I recently had with my internet service provider. With new changes coming to our area, I had questions on how I would be affected. The representative was able to settle my nerves and give a great explanation on what was changing.Every time I have contacted this provider, I have had a positive experience. And it is VERY much appreciated.

      ****** has the best ***************** they answer the phone (real people) when I call them, they are a local business, and they care about me and my family more than they care about my money. Yes, I know they care about getting paid for their excellent service, but they dont put money before people. They offered one month of free service to my household before even asking for a credit card number. They have their priorities straight, and I hope and pray for their ever-growing success!       When I have a problem with my communications or computer I tend to panic. The person I talked to didn't brush me off like he could have by saying, it wasn't their problem. He got me to calm down and let me know the problem was not at their end which helped me solve the problem for myself. I really appreciated that. I really needed someone to talk it thru with.

      Ziply Fiber Provides fast and affordable Internet even those of us in the lower working class can afford. I have been most impressed with their stellar customer service!! Every interaction Ive had with a representative, even the installer has been superb! Ziply Fiber stands out because 99% of my interactions with other businesses such as Spectrum, T-Mobile/Metro where I was met by todays standard automated systems with no ability to reach a live person or I was met by a person whose tone made it obvious that our interaction was an inconvenience for them and was even spoke to condescendingly. To further the insult, my issues are concerns were completely disregarded with general statements before ending of the interaction with absolutely no resolve as most Businesses Today. With Ziply, EVERY interaction has been entered into by an actual person and every person entered with positive energy and intent. You could feel the kindness and sincerity through their tone when they spoke. Keep up the awesome job ZIPLY!
