      Ziply Fiber has always been responsive when I have had a problem with phone or internet service. The customer service people have been diligent in trying to solve my problems, usually successful. However, I intensely dislike having to bill my credit card automatically in order to prevent an additional $5 charge.

      Ziply has provided reliable and affordable internet service for streaming shows and working remotely, and for day to day computer and cell WiFi. I called recently to inquire about increasing our Mbps, and The kind and capable customer service **** did a great job upgrading us from 30Mbps to 100Mbps, and reducing our monthly rate! Great company, great people and great service. I couldnt ask for more!

      ***** is the best. She helped me change the payment type on my account, while I was clueless. She was, patient, clear and precise while I fumbled through the steps (lots of operator error). I could not have done it without her.

      Ziply has provided the most positive customer service experience I have encountered in nearly half a century of adult lifetime! This was in response to a complicated billing issue involving both my residential AND business accounts. As certain as I was the issue was not my fault and needed to be resolved, I was also very pessimistic that such resolution would happen without a major time investment on my part, if at all. I have appreciated my Ziply service in both locations so was not looking forward to being compelled to close either accounts......but then ********************** customer service did the UNIMAGINABLE!! Both customer service agents listened to the details of my issues and acted with understanding, sympathy, and even empathy! Both accounts were adjusted the NEXT DAY, not only fully resolving my issue, but OVERCOMPENSATING me for late fees! I plan to pony up to give the overcredits back to Ziply. After all, it's incumbent upon us SATISFIED customers to help keep this outstanding service provider in business! Thank you Ziply!!
