      Ziply was a good experience. I would have continued using them if not for the fact that the area I moved to did not have fiber optics.

      Ziply has been able to get service to my house when other providers haven’t. Service has always been prompt and quality.

      the representatives at Ziply Fiber are far and above the best. they are many many years ahead of any other company I have had to call for service. courteous and respectful, they are there to help their customers as long as it takes. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and I give them the highest ratings available.

      I've had the service for less than a month, so far so good. **************** picks up the phone pretty quickly, and you can talk to a real person easily. My speeds are good and the price is affordable. The reps are polite and helpful, and the site is easy to use. They've said they will cover Xfinity's (terrible, avoid!) early termination fee. My only small complaint is that it wasn't very clear as to how to access my account after install was completed. They should probably send you an email with all the details once install is completed. Anyway, would recommend, way better than ********

      Customer service has become an even more central make-or-break issue for me in these days of artificial intelligence (an oxymoron if ever there was one). Ziply excels on this count and I can always reach a real live human being who is knowledgeable and helpful. What could be better?
