    IQ Data is a debt collector who I just found our has a debt on my credit report for over $2500.00 for an apartment I lived at for a year. I did not resign a new lease with the apartment complex and gave the appropriate 60 day notice as required. I moved 2 weeks before my actual lease was up and they are claiming I owe money. So the file was sent to IQ Data and I just found out about on Oct 2 2023 when trying to apply for a new apartment. I contacted IQ Data and explained I did not owe money to the apartment complex and the lady on the phone could not articulate why I had those charges. So I asked for a breakdown of charges and she stated she couldn't send to me. I informed her that they would never see a ***** of that money because I don't owe it. It's a shame that these collection companies can put anything on your credit without have valid information to do such. I need these collection cost which I'm sure they are charging ridiculous fees for removed from my credit reports

    IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL ACCT#*******

    I have been in communication with the original creditor Assurant/Flex Deposit and *****************, the property that this account was opened at. I have also contacted the collection agency directly on multiple occasions, in which they are not very cooperative so I had to do my own research.

    Above you will find an overwhelming amount of information provided which shows I was not residing in the same state at the time of the opening of this account. Clearly, I am not responsible for this account.

    1.I have provided copies of the original contract/bond that was obtained using my information illegally.

    2. I have attached a copy of my tax transcript directly from the *** that shows that I have never worked for (*******************), which as stated by IQ Data International was used as employment verification to open the account.

    3. I have attached a copy of my lease agreement where I resided at the time of the opening of this account. I was not even in the same state. My information was clearly used by someone else.

    4. I have provided the police report, FTC Identity Theft Report to IQ Data International.

    Consumer reporting agencies has assumed a role and responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. This is the law according to the FCRA.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As stated by IQ international data, my account is not with IQ international data but according to them, with ******************************.

    In January, I sent in a letter asking for verification and I did not receive any documentations to validate this debt owed. It is now October and the response states the information I asked for is now being sent?

    After 30 days of nothing being sent, the account should have been removed from my account. 

    on top of all of this, according to NMLS, I.Q data international is not licensed to collect debt in the *****************. So again, ** asking for this collection to be removed from my credit report immediately or legal actions will be taken.

    I moved out of ******************** in September of 2022, and was never notified of a balance on my account. In the process a collection appeared on my credit, in which I made attempts to rectify the situation on serval occasions. After, speaking with the corporate of Arbours ************************ since I was never afforded the opportunity to pay the original company directly (Arbours) that I could do so and that the case would be dropped with the collection agency. I have done that, but after talking with a collection agent today she said they aren't dropping the case/ do not have any knowledge and need proof, which I provided. I need this taken off my credit effective immediately.

    I am not liable for this debt with "defenders" I do not have a contract with IQ Data International. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested. I received a copy of my credit report with the intention of trying to improve my credit and take care of my responsibilities and noticed a few accounts that I wanted a little more explanation on. I am not saying they are reporting right or wrong. I am just saying that I am not 100 percent sure if they are. I also read something called the Fair Credit Reporting Act where it said by law, I had the right to challenge anything I am not sure is accurate. Some of the people reporting things on me, I have never heard of, made me write to you all. Are you familiar with something called 12 U.S.C. Sec, 1681(a) (Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates.) I heard that if you cant provide proof, these accounts must be deleted. Well, I want these accounts deleted if they are not 100 percent right and correct. So, could you please check on these and get back to me? I saw on a Credit Site and Board where this lawyer said you have 30 days to complete this investigation. Please Investigate the following accounts and remove them if anything is missing or not correct on them. I demand the following accounts be verified or removed immediately. IQ Data International
