This company has called me more than a dozen times in the past couple weeks. I looked evergreen professional up and it states its a debt collection company. I dont owe anybody money Im literally a minor. Please stop calling me ffs. They have different robo call numbers so I cant block them.Business Response

Evergreen Professionals have been Robo calling me for a couple of weeks without naming who they are or what they want from me. They keep using different phone number to Robo called me. I want the calls to cease immediately.Business Response

Evergreen Professional Recoveries has called me on 8/7/24, 8/6/24, 8/5/24, 8/1/24, 7/29/24, 7/24/24, 7/23/24, and that's just in the last few days, there's been at least a dozen more, and from all different numbers, so I can't block them. I don't know who they are, I don't know why they're calling. I don't owe anyone anything. If they feel differently I'm requesting they mail me proof of whatever debt they think I have, otherwise I'm requesting they stop contacting me.Business Response

I received a call from this company stating that I had not paid a bill and had been turned into collections from Evergreen Radia. I refused to verify my yob to them and they would not give me any further information. After I hung up I immediately called Evergreen Radia and they have no record of me not paying a bill so they had not in fact turned me over to the collections agency. I have a 845 credit rating and did not get it by not paying bills. The phone number they called from is ************. I felt like they were trying to scam me out of money. If it was not them maybe you could let the real Evergreen Professional Recoveries know that someone is using their name. They would not provide the amount that was due since I would not provide my yob.I would like to find out if they have sent this info to the credit bureau as I have worked hard all my life to maintain a good credit rating. I would also like them to tell me what these supposed charges are.Business Response

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed with the BBB. While there may be a lack of understanding for the need to identify the person we are speaking with, it is a vital part of our job so that we don't disclose information to the wrong party. While there is an assertion that the creditor who assigned the account to our office provided information directly stating that they don't show it was sent to us, we have information from our client that contradicts that. To address the concern regarding credit bureau reporting, the balance is below the guidelines for reporting and therefore this hasn't, nor will it be reported to any credit bureau. We have also placed a do not call marker on the account but if the consumer would like to contact our office to further discuss this matter a representative will be happy to assist.

Evergreen Professional has been placing robo-calls to me every day for the last several months without identifying themselves as debt collectors or providing any way to opt out of the calls without calling them back and being put on hold. The frequency of automated calls and the failure to identify themselves as debt collectors are violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.Business Response

Evergreen Professional Recoveries has reviewed the complaint filed with your agency on January 18th, 2024. Below are the details of our findings and desired resolution pertaining to the above captioned matter:
Our records show that our client placed an account for ***************************** with our office on 09/21/23. A notice was mailed to the same address on 09/22/23. Upon receipt of the complaint,we immediately removed ****************** phone number ending with **** from our system. Furthermore, we have added this phone number to our permanent internal Do-Not-Call List. Accordingly, he will no longer be contacted by our office at that number.
We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We would urge ****************** to contact our office should he like to discuss his outstanding balance, as we would love to help him reach a resolution to the matter at hand.Initial Complaint

Letter stating we owe $100.00 on a traffic ticket a couple of months ago. we have not been pulled over for a couple of years. We don't know where this is coming from. The validation was provided in 2022 after a phone call with our office. There is no contract to provide to the consumer as the consumer isn't our client.
