    This is the first communication we show from this consumer and the information appears to be inaccurate.  We have no affiliation with ******* Wireless.  We would like to encourage the consumer to contact our office to discuss this matter at ************** option 2.

    I am not liable for this debt with ****************** PC, I do not have a contract with evergreen pro recovery. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    I have never signed a contract with this business therefore I am not liable for any debt they may assumed on behalf of any other agencies and want a correction to my credit profile by removing this immediately

    In our previous response we advised verification of the account would be sent to the consumer.  This was completed on 8-14-2023 and the account has been notated as disputed.  Contact information was provided on the letter should the consumer like to discuss the account.

    I have been sent to collections for an unpaid X-ray that is entirely handled via my employer through an approved workmans comp claim. I was physically attacked and assaulted by a shoplifter while at work and needed medical attention. I am unsure why Evergreen professional is contacting me directly, and not my employer. Very unprofessional to directly go after the victim of assault while on the job and not double check that this is an approved workers comp claim that should be handled by the company who approved the claim.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Based on this complaint our client was consulted so that we may provide as much information possible.

    We are sorry to hear of the nature in which these bills were incurred.  Our client did bill ***** and Industries who denied the claim stating that the employer does not participate in this plan.  Therefore, the claim was denied.  Patients are responsible for the denied claims. Once the denial was received this was changed to bill as self-pay and according to our client, they received no response from the consumer after billing was sent. 

    They have cancelled the account from our office and would like to encourage the consumer to contact them directly regarding the denial from ***** & Industries.
