This company is my trash collection company. Several months ago, they started not collecting my trash on the day its supposed to be collected. One week, they never collected it at all. They promised on two occasions they would be by to collect it and they did not honor their promise. So, my trash piled up for over two weeks. This is particularly frustrating because in my city, we have an ordinance that we must collect our cans from the street within 12 hours after collection. I have a rather long, hilly and bumpy driveway that I must navigate at **************************************************** not. Thinking it has come, I trek down the driveway to get the can only to find it is still full. So I must go back up the hill to get the trash then trek back down with several bags of trash. I get someone to take my can to the street on Monday for pick up on Tuesday. But my trash doesnt get picked up on Tuesday now so the cans sit at the street until usually Thursday. I dont want to be fined for not adhering to the city ordinance. So I have to go up and down my difficult driveway to find out if trash was collected. I have repeatedly asked this company to fix this issue and they have refused. Again today, Tuesday, my trash was not collected. And it hasnt been for about 3/4 months.
