    I completed all the questions, license photos, etc, but when I tried to verify, I received a "try again later" message. After trying several times I gave up and exited the app. Next I checked my email and found I had passed verification and my account was active. I accessed my new account using face id. All my old information, mail, statement access, was there.

    Be sure to start the process on your phone or a camera/selfie capable device. That way the *** (multi factor authentication) will be able to use a more secure method and your ID verification process will be much smoother. Starting on a ** is a hard dead end on the first pass for both *** and ID Verification. Once completed, no problem going back to the ** and proceeding.

    Sometimes it takes a little time to wait but it is worth it. Helps access some government agencies and also access your military ID for stores that provide discounts

    Just make sure that you have all of your documents on hand and don't rush during your verification process. It takes a few minutes to complete the entire process, but it is well worth it in the end, especially since you are securing your identification!

    User friendly. I like how you can verify it's actually you with a fingerprint. Feels safe in that regards. Do I trust hackers getting our info? I don't trusts hackers with any website.
