    I had to log into SS but no longer had my phone or email that I signed up with. I'd. Me had me covered through my biometrics. I was able to get in verify and get my important information updated. It's hard to trust any agency or corporation with all the security data breaches that have happened and continue to happen. I'm grateful that I trusted I'd. Me

    The process made me feel like I was getting scammed. I still feel that way. I will avoid using this process in the future and I cant recommend it to anyone. Additionally, I gave this review 1 star only because I couldnt give it zero stars. The survey wouldnt allow zero stars.

    Although the beginning of the process is time consuming, using it in the future more than makes up for it. Government sites such as Social Security, IRS, etc. use this ID to verify your identification.

    Not that simple or easy.
    Had to take a number of retake. Then decided to change the document. Some more retakes finally got it.
    Overall Excellent and recommend it be used if possible by all with confidence.

    If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! I have tried, off and on, for several years to have my nursing credentials verified by this company, only to have nothing done. When I try to verify or sign in, I am sent a verification code to my correct email address, but I NEVER receive a verification email. To say this is frustrating is an UNDERSTATEMENT!

    If I could give -0 stars I would! This company's service is lower than a zero! I don't know what's going on with this company, but they have refused to work with me to help me identify myself to them, so they can identify my identity to others! HORRIBLE!! I have been locked out of getting my identify verified for 2 years now! I need my ID.ME account repaired!! I tried to use them to get my transcripts through the *** and couldn't get verified. I contacted ID.ME through emails to no avail. I have uploaded my Real ID compliant STATE DRIVERS LICENSE only for it to be rejected numerous times! After months, they eventually allowed me to gain access to an ID.ME account after they finally accepted the same driver's license they had been rejecting for months. However, when I try to use their service to verify my identity, there is an error message that comes up, therefore denying to verify my identity. I have a business that needs to get trademarked. They have blocked me from getting verified through *********. I must mail in my verification to ********* documents which takes another 2-3 weeks. I think it is time for a class action lawsuit! There is NO WAY!! This same thing is happening to all these people all over ******* without there being a real issue!! In my opinion, this company is so grossly and willfully negligent that they don't even care to fix it! I feel like they are holding my information hostage, from everyone including ME!! They've been informed numerous times about these issues, yet still fails to deliver a crucial service for Americans. I don't trust them with my information. How are you hording and gathering data on me, yet I can't even speak to anyone that you have trusted with MY OWN information?!! We need to start fact finding information on this company. We need to get together and come up with how to broadcast this!! I am beyond livid!!
