    I've been using ID.me for awhile, and the steps to security are quick and easy.. The web sites are real and secure. A lot better with ID.me, than Without. With all the breach's in this day and age, you have to trust someone.

    I had to use this for the anchor program, I mailed it but couldn't find out if they received it so I did it online, I should have used this process from the beginning but I'm not very savvy on this stuff, id me made it very simple, if I can do it anyone can

    The process is so easy and so beneficial. It is the gateway to so many mandatory verification requirements. I have saved a lot of time and money because of my ID.me account.

    I would give MINUS stars if I could. ID.me was ridiculous to begin with, but now a 12+ step MFA is ********* check my appointment on (myhealthevet ) ******, I had to:1. go to ****** website 2. log in to ****** to be redirected to ID.me (CRAP!!) which I hate and didn't use, but now I am FORCED to do so to access MY OWN INFORMATION held hostage by the ID.me process 3. sign up - again with ID.me because there is now photo uploads and video uploads, which will come in a few more steps 4. leave my computer, go find my phone 5. find my wallet 6. locate my ID - Driver's license or Passport - for real, who carries around their PASSPORT!!!!7. take numerous photos of said ID 8. return to computer OH WE ARE SORRY, THAT DIDN'T SEEM TO WORK - DO IT AGAIN!!!9. Repeat previous 8 steps 10. "Now you need to do a video selfie" - because apparently my ID is not sufficient proof of my identity 11. Take numerous selfies with cellphone (in bed, in my pajamas, at 5:30am) 12. Return to computer 13. ID.me then logged me ****** I HAD TO DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN - WEEKS LATER- BECAUSE I WAS SO FRUSTRATED and waited until VA was open and just called. OH by the way, I was late for my appointment!IT IS EVIDENT THAT ID.me IS DESIGNED TO CONFUSE AND REMOVE PATRONS FROM ACCESSING ELECTRONICALLY.Can you imagine if I were a 90+ year old Veteran that just wants to check appointments, email provider, or order medications? The changes implemented have ensured I WILL USE ANY OTHER MEANS THAN ID.me TO ACCESS MY INFORMATION.
