    The agent was extremely helpful and kind. The document upload was a challenge since I personally dont have a smartphone. I had to get someone else to use their phone to upload it.

    If you can avoid this site do so as quickly as possible. There's ones that actually want to help you, answer your questions without an attitude problem. There's better sites that you won't get locked out of or treated poorly. Best of luck & may you find the real good people out there.

    The process to signe up with id.me wasn't difficult, but I was still having the same problem signing onto SSA as I had before:Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

    UNABLE!I'm unable to do anything. So I am a government employee and I have been trying for months to merge my accounts. Long story short my government email is now disabled and had been for a while now and still not able to used the benefits of ID.ME. having to talk thought email is getting me nowhere and I have tried to speak to an agent who said that this was going up to management and here I am STILL WAITING!!! This is ridiculous.
