    Horrible site , no representatives, fails to properly verify which cheats you out of promised discounts. Even the phone number here is a joke, goes to recorded line and then hangs up.

    I tried using this platform for taxes and my VA and teh verification process is horrible. I have literally been fighting this for months and eventually just had to mail in my taxes and suffer life-changing consequences to my VA because I couldn't log into my account to access anything. There are no live agents, the ** used is horrible, and they don't respond to their ticket system. They basically just leave you to hang out and dry. Why would anyone put a company in charge of the most important platforms for citizens (Healthcare, taxes, etc.) in the hands of these people that appear to have put in maximum effort into not having any form of customer service!!

    Run away from these beings. Go somewhere else!I spent over an hour and a half, with expert help on the phone, before we could complete a simple "Self-Query" request. At that time we were told that the report was complete. In actual fact, we could only access the information/report the following day, after midday.The whole process also generated 16 (sixteen) texts that had to be read in order to enter various codes for us to proceed.They have government "protection" so absolutely NO incentive to improve anything exists. Getting feedback is just hearing how bad they are. Soliciting feedback does not mean that, they are actually doing anything to improve things.

    This is a horrible company, they require you to video yourself and to submit an image of your driver's license. They're demanding your personal data and like pretty much every company their data centers will be breached/hacked it's just a matter of time. Nothing is worse than a company FORCING you to submit personal data while making false promises that "it's safe!". Moreover the video they require you to submit needs multiple takes because the software is poor. Absolutely garbage company that should not be getting ANY taxpayer money.

    ID.me is another example of government waste. The registration process was cumbersome and I never received any information about how to retrieve my VA medical files. Total waste of time. Plus I now have more personal information on the web that exposes me to identity theft. I was foolish for participating.
