      3/23/22 I PURCHASE EXUBERANT AND LIVER HEATH THAT DID NOT WORK. I DID SEND THE UNUSED BOTTLES BACK TO THE COMPANY. AS STATED IN THERE RETURNED POLICY. I RECEIVED AN STATEMENT SAYING THEY TRIED TO PROCESS THE REFUND BACK TO MY CARD. AND WANTED MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT TO DEPOSIT MY REFUND. WHICH REQUIRED SOME PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT I REFUSED TO GIVE TO THEM. I HAD SUGGEST TO THEM THEY COULD WRITE AN CHECK AND SEND THAT WAY,

      Hi, thanks for reaching us. Upon reviewing, we tried to reach out the customer but we have not received any response. The order has been almost a year and we can no longer refund it directly using the mode of payment at that time thus options were provided.       Place order with this company on line which was acknowledged by them. I paid with a credit card $131.77 for three bottles of Ageless Brain pills. Order #PHR-1609400 was placed on 2/11/2023 and reported shipped on 2/13/2023. They provided tracking #************************** Spoke to Post Office today that advised this package was being transferred from *** to them for delivery and they have never received package. I have called Purehealth Research several times and talked to the representatives several times who never accept responsibility for not fulfilling the order. This company demands payment prior to shipping and does not show any responsibility for none fulfillment.

      Purehealth Research keeps sending me product that I did not order. They say that I subscribed to their program. I NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO ANY ON LINE products, services etc.I have tried contacting them by phone but their listed phone number does not work. If they keep it up I will report them to the FBI.They just sent me a shipping notice and I replied to the that they should not ship the product and if they put me on some sort of subscription service to take me off of it. We will see.

      Thank you for reaching us. Upon further investidation, the customer made an order back in January with " Subscribe and Save" for 10% and auto shipment promotion. But the subscription has been cancelled effectively on February 28th 2023. There will be no further order or future shipment on the customers account. Thank you.

      I purchased from Pure Health and only wanted 3 bottles. This company is deceiving I thought I was getting 50%off of my original order only to find out that they added 3 more bottles doubling what I was willing to spend. I didn't find out until AFTER they process the credit card. I see now that I am not the only one. They also give you 365 day return. No questions asked. I will be requesting that as there is no way to change the order until you receive it. Which is their mistake and now I have to get an RA number and go to *** to return. This should be illegal.

      Unable to reach company to cancel all future orders. They continue to send and bill me for bogus "herbs" that I tried and were dissatisfied with. They don't answer their phone and they don't have any customer service to arrange any kind of return or credit on their products. Please make them stop

      Upon checking, the Subscribe and Save option that the customer initially chose during the purchase of the first order is already cancelled on  02/22/2023. The customer will never receive anymore future shipments. As for ways of contacting us, we do have 3 different channels on which we communicate with our customers; we have calls, email and chats.

      Bought their products on January 11 and called them within a few hours and email to notify them I want to cancel my order. They agreed and never refunded me my money back. I never received any items from them. They are falsely advertising refund with no questions asked they asked a bunch of questions and still I have never received a refund, contacted them a couple times and have very vague answers saying will refund soon. False advertising

      The reason the refund was not submitted last January is because the customer filed a dispute with ****** that inable us to refund the order right away until the case has been closed. The customer already received a refund of the full amount of the order on March 02, 2023.       Jan/Feb 2023 - I first called PureHealth Research, LLC upon discovering my mother-in-law ordered three bottles of Ageless Brain. I explained she has dementia and did not remember ordering the product. I asked to return the bottles and confirmed the shipping address. I was told I would receive a full refund once the bottles were received. I was also told she had signed up for a recurring subscription online and that it would be canceled. I asked for assurance no additional supplements would be sent given her cognitive impairment. Fast forward two weeks and I discovered a new box of Ageless Brain supplements. This time the packing slip showed the cost to be $135 instead of $129 (the cost of the previous supplements). I phoned the company again only to learn that my previous call had not been documented. Nothing. They had no record of the call, the previous sale or return (which has not been credited to her card). Honestly, I don't know if the company is trying to take advantage of seniors with memory issues or if they are just incompetent. Regardless, they have charged my mother-in-law hundreds of dollars and shown themselves to be dishonest at worst and inept at best.

      Thanks for raising this concern. Upon checking the account already received a refund directly on the card that was used upon purchase. These are two orders made with different name that only differs in one letter in the name. The team tried to call the customer 2/10/2023 but there is no one answers thus leaving a voicemail.       On July 19, 2022, I ordered several health supplements from Pureheath Research for a total of $627.71, as shown on the attached copy of the sales receipt. The company offered a 365-day money-back guarantee on their products, as shown on the bottom of the file labeled thusly. On January 23, 2023, I requested a refund as per their guarantee and received a check in the mail for $596.12, which was short of the amount I paid. I contacted the company on February 7, 2023, regarding this discrepancy and was informed that they don't refund the sales tax after 90 days.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Over the years, I have had many occasions to obtain refunds for a variety of reasons on items I had purchased; in no case, was the sales tax not included in the refund. Thus, in the absence of any statement to the contrary on the seller's website, I had no reason to believe that the sales tax would not be included in the refund. Had the seller disclosed that fact, I probably would not have made the purchase. Thus, I believe that I am entitled to a refund of the sales tax.

      Re money Taken from this Card Account **************** for the sum of $204.85 T6818 I tried to cancel the Subscription buy replying to the email you sent but some time later i found realize the reply came as a mail deliver failure I look forward to your prompt reply to this Matter cheers ***********************

      This company collects customer's credit card#s and then rebills after few months of first transaction. A scammer. Luckily my **** card software was smart enough to identify it as fraudulent charge and sent me message to verify. A business like this one must be closed, immediately.

      Upon further investigation, the customer had an order back in October 2022 that he agreed to signed up for "Subscribe and Save" by the time the order was placed in the website for addition %10 discount.
