      If could leave 0 stars I would. My 94 year old dad ordered Nerve Regen for his neuropathy and never received it. When he inquired with customer service he was made to feel incompetent. FURIOUS. Will not be using again

      BLEEDING!!! Purchased supplements and only took for a couple of days when bleeding began so I ceased taking their product. Twice via telephone today (11:18 am and 8:20 pm) I called and informed their customer service line of what happened and that I wanted to return the product and have them refund my money. Both times, after confirming my email address with them, they informed me they would email me a return ticket to attach to the package for return. Now, 2 hours after my last phone call, I still have not received the promised email with return ticket (no - it's not in my spam folder either). It does not take 2 hours for them to send an email to me - let alone over 11 hours since my first phone call! My purchase was made under their advertised 365 day Money Back Guarantee (I have website screenshots to prove this as well as my original packaging materials receipt has the satisfaction guarantee printed on it too). I think potential customers need to be aware when a company does not act in timely good faith in accordance with their advertising guarantees and makes it difficult or impossible to get our rightful refund. Buyer beware! ZERO stars review (it was not an option)!

      Purchased a nine month supply of ReGrow and after four months I might as well purchase a placebo for what good it did me. For those of you who are worried about your hair loss, have a transplant done. Dont waste your time or money on this product, it doesnt work. As **************** once said there is a fool born every second,dont be the next one. This company is a fraud. Stay away!

      There products do not work! Don’t buy anything from them. I got the acne ones for my daughter and they actually make acne worse. I never saw her get these under the skin welts before. The more she took, the worse her skin got. They say satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back but, make you pay return shipping.

      Refunded everything but my return shipping. 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. (Mostly) is what is should say. USPS is so bad, I had to pay fed ex $20 to return it. Why am I out $20?

      After taking youth switch the last four doses made me violently sick, vomiting and diarrhea within an hour to hour and a half. I tried to blame other things in my diet, but i dont normally get sick like that. The last dose had me vomiting so hard a blood vessel burst below my left eye, now i have a black eye. I am not happy with this product, and i will never spend another cent of my hard earned money with company.
      Dont trust them.

      This is a bad company with products that don't work!!! Customer service is from a different country and wouldn't let me cancel my subscription!!! Can't understand a word they say. Had to call in multiple times and finally talked to someone I could understand. Even he wouldn't let me cancel. Was on the phone forever to get him to cancel it!! What a nightmare for something so simple. Beware of this place!!!!!

      This is a horrible company!!!! Customer service is from another country so you can't understand them. The 2 products I bought didn't work!! The people they hire are from another country so you can't understand them. I had to talk to 4 people to try and cancel my subscription. Makes me think they are a SCAM. Stay away from this company!!
