1 starTHEIVES-I made a business trip reservation from Sunday till Friday. We finished the trip early and I checked out Wednesday afternoon. The person at the front desk told me I would be refunded for the two nights I didn't stay.I never received a receipt so I called the help line.A person at customer service named ******* informed me that they were keeping the 220 dollars for the two nights I did NOT stay with them.******* would not give me his last name. 1 starI booked for a smoking room. I get there and behold they put me in smoking. I call front desk he got angry hung the phone. I didn't call back and my ankle is broken so I didn't bother trying to hop to the front desk. This room has mold in it the door does Not close all the way. I wouldn't recommend this to a dead Rat! It's all kinds of activities going on here Motel6 on 280 the front desk claimed they were waiting on a room to be cleaned this morning I got up at 2am after a guy was beating on the door saying he had wrong room they were partying outside This whole experience was horrible... 1 starWe made a reservation through Reservation Counter for a two-night hotel stay in ******. We accepted that it was a non-refundable reservation. They immediately charged our credit card. When I called the hotel to confirm some of our details, the hotel said the reservation had been cancelled. When I contacted RC to get it sorted they were no help and said it would be reviewed in 5-7 business days for a trip we have planned in 2 days. We won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.Review fromJodi G

1 starI was so disapointed with this company! Horrible service. They never sent me a digital confirmation because they mispelled my e-mail. I only discovered that I had been charged by observing the credit card statement. I missed the cancellation window. Apparently we didn't undersand each others accents but as the consumer, I am accountable for all the words she said and they have no accountability to anything I said. Terrible customer service and I will never book through them again. I've requested to listen to the audio recording and they have not complied.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starMy mother looked up Holiday Inn in Miami, Ok. She thought she was making a reservation with the actual hotel. The Reservation Counter took her credit card info and then told her the amount. She stated to them that that was too expensive and did not wish to make the reservation. They said that it was too late and still made the charge. The amount was twice the amount the actual hotel charged. When they arrived to the hotel the lady at the counter told her that this was the 2nd time this had happened that day. This is price gouging and an elderly woman was targeted and forced to pay something she asked to not be completed. But they already had her information. 1 starIf I could give this company a ZERO i would. We booked and realized we booked in the wrong location. We called the company and hotel, they APPROVED a full refund. The call was on a recorded line and the hotel stated they did not accept the charge from this fraudulent company. The company is now saying their supplier did not approve it, but when I asked who their supplier was and who I could talk to he refused to give me a person, name or contact. When I asked if this was a scam, he said they werent, but theyre located in *************. Absolutely terrible consumer service and they do not abide by what they say. If youre going to respond to my complaint, do not do a copy and paste response.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starI believe that this company is not legit, and it is a scam. I am disputing a credit card amount right now that was charged to my account for a ******************** that I cancelled the day after I made it. They did charge $15.99 service charge which I knew would happen for making the reservation.I spoke directly with the resort manager today, 10/6, and he said they did not make that charge to my account; even though my credit card shows the charge in the name of the resort!! Furthermore, I was not to be charged for anything but the service charge until 7 days before my arrival, per the terms agreed upon with Reservationcounter.com. 1 starIf I could give negative stars I would...Like so many on here, I clicked too fast booking a hotel thinking I was on the actual hotel web site because they make it look like you are on the hotel web site. Ten minutes after booking my stay I realized my mistake. I called Reservation Counter to explain I made a mistake and would like to cancel my reservation. I was informed there were no refunds, but they would gladly cancel my reservation...REALLY. What a way to do business...you got me this time but NEVER again and I will make it a point to spread the word!Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starI cant even give them any stars, but I had to, to submit this review. I guess its my own fault as when I gave the guy my zip code he asked me if it was In *******. Like what? I made a one night reservation the reservationist told me I had a king size bedroom with a pull out couch, and to call the hotel to make sure of this. I immediately called the hotel and they told me this option wasnt available, so when I asked to change the room to two queens she said she couldnt help me, & to call the people I made the reservation with, and they should be able to do it. When calling back and explaining this to the people at Reservation Counter, the woman said she could not change my reservation. So, although their employee lied to me, they would do nothing to help. Not even call their partner, and the agency that they booked my reservation through, Expedia to straighten it out. Expedia said they couldnt unless an agent from Reservation Counter would call. They wouldnt, as I called and asked them to. Too busy ripping people off, I guess. How simple a solution it could have and should have been. Now here i am after two and a half hours to find im not the only one.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starCalled ReservationDesk.com to book a hotel for 2 days. Was lied to that the room has a balcony and AC, hotel has a heated pool. We checked in and went to the room to find no balcony or AC. came back to front counter to complain and found out hotel has NO POOL.Checked out right away and found another hotel nearby with a pool. It was totally the representatives fault but they deny to refund me for the 1st night till today. I understand the policy but how is it our fault when we were lied to!
