1 starThis company is horrible and needs to have their business license revoked. I accidentally booked a room through their website. Immediately realized I made a mistake, selected cancel, and they charged me anyway. I called them immediately and they said there was nothing they could do.Mind you this was for a reservation a month in advance. It wasn't immediately occurring. As well, even though my credit card didn't show that there was a charge from the company, they said it was already charged and they couldn't change anything. I'm taking the charge up with my credit card company.Lastly, on the reservation, after canceling it, they said they would charge me no matter what. So, I asked if I could "re-instate" my reservation since you're going to charge me anyway. They said they're unable to do anything like that. So, I'm just out of luck, and that's how it goes. This company needs to be removed from service.CANCEL THEIR LLC and stop them from robbing people.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starI have multiple complaints about the company Reservation Counter as well as 'Travel Pass' affiliate using hotel names as part of their website address because it is very misleading, especially because the fees they charge to book a reservation with your hotel are excessive without providing an explanation of the breakdowns.The reservation I made for the hotel was booked through the reservation counter company that is charging customers almost double the taxes and fees that other booking company's charge and that the customer service reps cannot explain any details or provide an actual receipt with breakdown. The receipt provided does not include the company name but does include the hotel name- very misleading!I booked a reservation online and the website was misleading as it was ___hotel___ reservation counter and the actual website is reservation counter __hotel name__. Very misleading to customers. The Reservation Counter support phone number on the website is not helpful with providing any answers about the breakdown of the bill and the email support reservation counter is not sending replies either. Travel Pass affiliated with Reservation Counter - support travelpass also not helpful and not providing any replies to emails. Phone number to Reservation Counter led me to a representative that is unable to assist with any details about the taxes and fees charged. Also Travel Pass phone number offers little information about the taxes and fees charged on receipts.I just want customers that book using Reservation Counter and Travel Pass to know about this company that is using the name of __hotel names__- reservation counter as their web address to trick and cost people extra money with no explanations.Very unsatisfied with my experience and paid for booking a hotel room with no disclosure of prices. 1 starI attempted to reserve directly through the hotel website and was redirected to this scam company. The hotel said it was Expedia but after many transferred calls it was identified as Reservation Counter and they refused to modify or cancel our reservation after we noticed the complete scam we were under. 1 starReservation Counter is possibly the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. I booked a reservation for the Sleep Inn and Suites in ******, **. for January 19, ****. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the reservation on Jan 18 due to a winter storm that moved through the area. I called and requested to cancel the reservation fully understanding the policy of them keeping the $79.00fee. Today is Feb 20 and I have still not received my refund. I called them only to learn that they will not issue a refund because they are saying that I requested a free cancellation and they denied that and since I never called back and requested any other kind of cancellation, they will not honor my cancellation request. So basically, they just kept my $117.00 for a room and that's the end of it. So sad! This company is the absolute WORST!! I will never use them again! they are scammers and they know it. The woman I spoke with today offered no resolution to my situation at all. Beware of the company at all costs!Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starComplete SCAM. Thought I was calling the hotel direct but somehow was routed to this phone number. Taxes charged are double what the actual hotel would have charged and also charged a 15.99 service fee which was never mentioned. Warning when booking make sure you are speaking with the hotel direct or you will pay much more.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starYour team falsely represented a hotel of which I never booked a reservation at and you told me that they cannot issue any kind of refund instead you sent me a check for a $300 loss thats a difference of $270 remaining. Took forever to get a resolve and still didnt get the service refund I requested because of your teams negligence and overlooking the fact or never telling the customer their total until the transaction was already completed. Once the transaction was completed your team informed me that I was unable to get a refund. Thats crap!Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starMade an online reservation with what I thought was Holiday Inn Express, but was somehow routed to Reservation Counter without my knowledge. I wound up canceling the reservation the next day but was charged a $15.99 service fee that was not refunded. I have no idea how I even got routed to this website. Additionally, the $15.99 was not made clear at the time of the reservation or I would NEVER have made it. This is a scam!!! Buyer beware!!!Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starDitto to all that was said! I too thought I was talking to the hotel reservation desk. I asked the person I spoke with if there were still renovations going on at this hotel (a Hilton) and he said no. He had a thick accent too and I had a hard time understanding his recap, at the end of the reservation. Within minutes I got the confirmation and found that on a $109 room reservation, there were $41.83 in added fees. A full 38% added to the cost of the room. I called to cancel IMMEDIATELY and they said it was impossible to do so, as the reservation said non-refundable. I spend about 3 hours on the phone (mostly on hold). I called the hotel directly and they said the hotel was still under heavy renovations. They were very understanding, and advised that this is a scam company, and to always book directly with the hotel, which I thought I was doing. Naturally, we have put a hold on this credit company charge. I've tried to follow up multiple times and am always on hold. The credit card company, of course, requires best effort attempts to resolve this directly with the service provider.Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I placed by ********************, I booked adjoining rooms for our family. I was told I would have adjoined rooms and even waited on hold while the customer representative 'talked' with the hotel to make sure I could book adjoining rooms. When I got to the hotel, I did not have adjoining rooms. I contacted the company MULTIPLE times about rectifying the situation. I was told I would have a response in **** business days and did not. When I called them, I was connected to a supervisor after twenty-five minutes who hung up on me after five minutes. I was told that they would refund me the $15.99 booking fee. If I was not going to have adjoining rooms, I could have simply booked one room and saved myself $158.98!Reservation Counter, LLC
