      The resident did not come in the office and turn in keys, disconnect utilities, moved any of her items or sign the move out form at judges orders; therefore we have not moved her out of the system until the constable has actually conducted the lock out. The resident moved out by way of an email that says I moved out just before the constable arrived.

      Judicial officer ********************* called me on the morning of the 6th. He said I should bring the keys to the office so they know we moved out,because he didn't want to deal with their bogus eviiction. That's all, nothing else. I'm tired of these people harassing my 73 year old husband and I.  Continue with this ************************* we will be forced to take legal action. We moved out just leave us alone. I also left a message with the courts and provided proof that we moved out before the 7th. You have no right to harass us like this. We've done nothing to anyone and *** deserve to have our good name and credit ruined because of a power hungry manager.

      This resident sent an email to our ******** Services line and the regional manager attempted to reach out via phone but the number provided on her contact form but it was not in service. We would like to get this situation resolved ASAP. The regional manager is attempting to get the situation resolved.

      This should have never happened in the first place. We just want the  the ** we were put through.  The regional manager should have my email address and  that email was sent some time ago. Also there's nothing to resolve.  The manager lied, harassed us and forced us out of OUR home. 8 years and no issues. No one in that company cares about anything but money. I lived my apartment and wanted to live there forever and ************************* for whatever reason had decided to ruin our goodness and credit cause she didn't like us and trumped up some insurance fee even though we had insurance at the time. She didn't have to do that. We are eldery and some people need to have a little more respect. It's going to take a lot to stop us from calling HUD and the attorney General and filing a wrongful eviction lawsuit.  Our lawyer says we have a good chance especially after ******** purebred herself in court. You all are wrong for treating your tenants the way you do. Not to mention the physical pain I had to endure while moving.  Just get rid of the unlawful eviction and make sure we never heard from anyone at Bridge They envied a 73 year old man for calling the manager a b**** Sorry he calls it like he sees it. She needs to grow up.  When I managed apartment complexes I was called every name in the book. Grow up

      The regional has been attempting to reach out to the resident but the phone number is not allowing her to receive voicemails.

       

      Court was also had today and the resident didn't show up. We can not assist if we can not get in contact.

      The regional manager spoke to ********** and coordinated the pick up of her vehicle at no cost. I also confirmed with ********* she was able to pick up and her vehicle same day.

      That's a lie noone spoke to me about picking up my vehicle the same day because that's a false response because noone was in the office the day it got towed
