1 starAVOID this nasty place. they have ***** infestations and the pest control IF they come is only spraying a bit of bug spray you can just get at ********** nothing that actually works. I also not only had to submit MULTIPLE requests because roaches kept a coming back but also had to submit multiple because they would close the tasks even when no one had come to do anything.3- their customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced there is not a single person in that office that is good for anything. When I lived there (for 2 years mind you) I was heavily pregnant and my AC broke mid summer they said they would fix it when I called in the morning. Then when no one came hours later I had to CALL MULTIPLE TIMES to the office and when they finally answered by like the third call they just kept saying someone will come again hours passed no one came so I had to walk to the office to ask for someone and STILL all they did was say theyll send someone this same process was repeated for like 3 days where by the 2nd day (late afternoon they installed a bad portable AC that didnt even work properly we had to sleep in the living room again I was VERY pregnant MID SUMMER with the doors open to get SOME air. Until finally someone fixed it.The place is also always filled with cops at night and during the day it is not safe. The halls are dirty the pools are dirty the grills are nasty the soccer field is useless cause its barely ever open. It stinks of weed EVERYWHERE.And I cannot emphasize enough how useless the staff in the office is they are rude and do not help at all. We moved out 1 year ago or more now and they are just now charging us from our move out date with no explanation when we went because we know they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE they still have no explanation and their excuse for never answering emails is they have a lot of emailsWe paid Money to break our lease because that place is so awful and still they want to charge more years laterReview fromLatrice W

2 starsI currently live on apartment property managed by Bridge Property Management, in *******, **. I live 30 minutes from the city in ***************************, Ga. My apartment residency is ************************* homes. I currently live in a one bedroom apartment. One of the oldest models and the apartment never has been upgraded from previous property owners. I moved to this location in 2019. I have witness two different managers at this property. I can say the maintenance crew lack a sense of urgency and one associate is still employed but, is often rude to residents. I have experienced air conditioning problems for about two months. They have failed to replace it and I have to wait a couple o days before service is rendered. I am thinking about breaking my lease because they have failed to maintain maintenence. I also, have wet carpet in my bathroom closet likely stemming from a burst pipe underground. Short maintenance staff and non empathetic leading associate.Review fromNaomi M

1 starScam!!!!! Apt 922 hidden creek in ********** $500 added to my account after rent was due will go to court if the matter is not resolved.I been here over a year! Never had I had any complaint of smoking! Been here a year if I smoked you would have been getting complaints a year ago! I work for the pharmaceutical company I cant smoke! You sent out a notice of a unit walk through I gladly opened the door I was cooking breakfast she never even step foot in my apartment her mind was made up when the notice was sent! There was no evidence that smoke came from my house when you never even step foot in my apartment her mind was made up when the notice was sent! I do not smoke! I work for the pharmacy we get random drug tested! I even offered to buy a test an take it in the office to prove I do not smoke she said no! to ***** $500 to my account after rent is due an expect me to come up with that she never even set foot in my house you cannot stand at the door an say it was my unit because Im not a smoker! Ive had issues with her since I moved in this is railroading and discrimination ! I even asked the manger to do a walk though herself and she refused! That paper said a walk though not stand at the door then went in the office a the manager was so rude a nasty to me. manager says is well you file a lot of complaints! I said oh this is why yall are railroading me! I have not filed a complaint since the upstairs neighbors moved! I NEVER been late in my rent in the year Ive been here! If this matter is not resolved I will seek legal counsel! The manager also said she will it accept my rent after she put the $500 fee in my account in 07/2 expecting me to have $500 a day before rent is ridiculous never been late not once she did this yesterday 7/2 late fees need to be removed an I should be allowed to pay my normal rent because I do not smoke!Review fromClimmie H

1 starMy sons and I have been living here since 2018ish with no problem. Then 1 year ago new management stepped in and all h*** broke loose. I feel they only cater to, not afro-americans. First had problems with renewing my lease. Red flag there. They kept sending an old file and wonder why my lease would not update. It took them three months to fix it. And the person at the office told us to keep paying the amount I has agreed to for my lease renewal. I have text messages and and screen copies. Now everytime my son went to pay rent, he was approached about a difference while they were fixing their issues, tried to charge us month to month rent. I have text message on t h at as well. They kept telling us to send copy of the text and emails that they sent. Now, today, mind you, rent is due on or before the 5th of the month. That is according to the least agreement. They are saying now that my least states the first. WRONG! And while trying to fix their issues, they told new tenants that ****** can have our unit. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I am soon going in for surgery and I have back issues. They need to be stopped. They are too expensive for the quality of their unitsReview fromNadine B

1 stargood morning. i have been a tenant for almost 21 yrs. here. since bridge property managements took over 3 to 4 yrs ago, this is not a apartment complex, this is section 8 housing project. where do I begin? trashy. furniture piled up at the dumpsters, trash bags piled up also. cars here being worked on in the parking lot!! people that stay here not on the lease, park on the streets!!!! in my building, there are 6 to 8 people in one apt.. more than 1 apt, most of them!!!!!!!!. i was cat sitting for my girlfriend and they fined me $ ****** for lease violation. the cat was removed at once!!!!! i told the office I had the rent money but the refused to accept it without the fine, I told them that I would have the total amount and the next day since my rent was 9 days late, the started eviction procedings against me after I told them I had the rent!!!! now they want an additional $ ****** for the eviction!!!. my rent was $1060.00. now with the fines and eviction, it is almost $ *******.!!!!!!!! i have only been late here once in 20yrs.!!!! that was in march and I paid on the 6th of the month.!!!!! i have also called the office and the police 3 times due to people across the hall are sitting on the patio smoking pot!!! the property manager tried to say they may have been burning inscents. !! not!!!!!!!!!. she is very rude, tries to talk over you. sorry I forgot the charged me $ ****** for a ***** infestation, plus late fees for 4 months when I would not pay the $ ******, but they accepted my rent those 4 months too. i will be so glad when I am out of this h*** hole section housing. they are trying to move me out so the can remodel and get more rent money!!!!!!!!!!! my lawer has told me that on more than 1 time.!!!! if I was hispanic, I would be treated much differently.!!!!!!! i am 69 yrs old and after 20 yrs, this is the thanks I *******!!!!!!!! 1 starDo not ever rent from this property management company. I broke my lease and gave them the forwarding address of where to send me the accounting. They did not send the final accounting. Instead they sent me to collections without ever trying to actually collect the debt. They are an absolutely horriblecompany full of incompetent people. Do not ever rent a property that they manage.Review fromDevan F.

1 starnever ever ever ever ever rent from this company, especially this complex. Worst living situation I have EVER had to endure. Not only are the prices OUTRAGEOS for the quality you receive (which is zero), but the company does not care for its residents in the slightest. I lived in two separate units in this complex during the 2 years I was there. The first unit was ***** INFESTED despite us keeping it very clean. We were scared to even come downstairs at night because there would be roaches on the walls. We did multiple pest sprays and a deep treatment on the apartment and nothing worked. The office allowed us to break that lease and transfer to a "renovated" apartment in another building. Bad Choice. We should have gotten out while we could. The "new" apartment was not renovated at all, was more expensive, still had roaches, and had a plethora of maintenance issues that had not been addressed. Getting maintenance done on your apartment is near impossible here, unless you harass the office and annoy them enough to do something about it. Then once they do decide to come help, they do a **** poor job to fix your problem. The final straw for us was when our AC unit went out in the middle of the Arizona summer, and the office left us for over a week without air conditioning with the exception of a one room window unit that did practically nothing. We could not even stay in the apartment safely, and were given no alternative living situation but were simply told "scheduling an A/C repair takes time". We later learned that there were other tenants who endured similar treatment, including a tenant that was moved into the SAME 1st apartment we lived in with the ***** infestation. Did they gut the apartment and fix the bug problem? no! they moved her in immediately after we moved out and neglected to tell her about the issues with it. Absolutely disgusting slum lord behavior by this complex, and they should be shut down.Review fromMellissa L

1 starMy family and I lived at Century Crosstown from 2020 to 2023. Initially, we were comfortable in our 1-bedroom apartment. In 2023, we smoothly transferred to a 2-bedroom unit due to our growing family. However, problems arose after a change in management and staff to Highmark Residential:1.We received excessive noise complaints about our young children. We worked on improving this and we did. Then the complaints started getting excessive and just a bunch of lies that felt like harassment and they sent us lease violations ******** address this, we applied to transfer to an available first-floor apartment. Assistant Manager *** initially told me our application was approved and to expect our welcome letter. She also told me we could keep our current apartment if the transfer didn't work out.3.Days later, Property Manager **** sent me an email saying our application was denied, contradicting what *** told me about our approval. *** would not see me after that. I requested our screening results for their screening company and the results showed our approval and that we met all the requirements for the transfer.**** and *** denied our application under false pretenses and this is a case of discrimination and we are seeking legal advice about this. We had less than 60 days to find another place to live. We were scared that we would've been homeless with our 3 young children. Not to mention the additional money it would cost us. This experience has been deeply unsettling. They are liars and shady people and were discriminatory towards me and my family and if they did that to us so blatantly and got away with it, they can do it to anyone. Unfortunately, I had to leave a star but our experience deserves zero stars. I hope this review prevents others from facing similar discrimination and stress.Review fromAndrea L

1 star***************** does not take maintenance requests seriously. We had a messed up sink. Reported it on the morning of Christmas Eve. Maintenance came by literally 10 days later to fix it. If a maintenance request is put in online or with the automated phone system, they will not send anyone in a timely manner. Residents have to call & speak to a live person if they want maintenance done soon.Weve had issues with water coming in our apartment from the unit above ours, roaches every day or two, and extremely loud neighbors (that management will not do anything about).A woman followed my ****************** into the secure mailroom. Upon them entering the code, she made a beeline for the parcel locker that opened, grabbed the package & abruptly left with it. My husband followed her to her car in the parking lot. He tried to flag her down, she insisted that the package was hers, & took off. He spoke to management about it, & they immediately described her. She had done this numerous times before & they were aware of her but still do nothing. They said in the future for him to lock the door behind him upon entering the parcel room. Our apartment stays damp, there is mold in the apartment (we constantly have to spray bleach around the ********** there is also mold on one of our mattresses. We were able to temporarily spray it with bleach to kill the mold but we will ultimately have to throw it away.Dont even think of going to the swimming pool. It looks very inviting from a distance but upon getting closer, there is visible black mold growing on the walls. They say that its just *********** safe. Not true. We still have yet to be able to use the pool & have been here 7 months.Trash is overflowing from the dumpsters, yet they state that you will be fined for putting trash outside of it. The dumpsters are so full that its not usually an option. We are very unhappy with this apartment & being stuck in a year long lease.
