    I have filed a complaint with *************************** asking for assistance with a refund issue regarding a vehicle and I purchased in *****. We paid cash in full and secured a 3-year warranty through Autto, LLC. Following a deer collision that totaled the vehicle, the policy was cancelled on or about August 26, 2024 with a promised six-week refund. Despite repeated follow-ups, the refund remains pending due to inconsistent explanations, including a claimed dealership lien despite cash payment. We were assured the refund check would be sent. As of today 10-23-2024 same story no! I do not recommend this company for any type of warranty.

    This company does anything they can to get out of paying out a claim. Avoid them at all cost.If you are like me, you buy the warranty when purchasing a used car to avoid having to deal with expensive repairs. I bought the full bumper to bumper warranty less than a year ago. After a check engine light came on, I took the car to get it repaired. Autto denied all claims stating the car was not properly maintained. I showed proof of 8 oil changes and one as recent as 5 months ago. (Ive never had to show proof of anything in the past.) Autto stated that the oil should have been changed every 3 months??? I use full synthetic and take care of my cars. Its been so frustrating . *** had good luck in the past with warranty purchases, unfortunately these guys are crooks.

    AUTTO gives you peace of mind and takes away the stress of buying a used car not knowing whats down the road. I would highly recommend getting an extended warranty from them! ****** has helped me deal with things on my truck and its been awesome to work with. Highly, highly recommend the highest and best warranty they have to offer and it covers just about anything. Theyve been awesome to work with and I will be getting an AUTTO warranty on all my cars in the future!

    ***** is a great company to work with they did everything they said they were going to do and there was no hidden surprises. I would get another warranty throw them and I would refer them to friends and family... It was a good experience..

    Never had my car break down before and honestly had no idea what to do. Luckily I was connect with Autto through a friend. From them taking a stressful situation off my hands, the people at autto responded really quickly and helped me understand the process. They even paid my claim quickly! Very fortunate I found them to help me out.
