    This is the worst warranty company I have ever dealt with. They will not even call a shop on the customers behalf. I have been quoted $22,000 for engine replacement and their max payout is $3,500. I owned my care for just over a year and at no fault of my own I am facing catastrophic engine failure. They have not helped with a single issue with my vehicle. They have been a complete waste of time and money and have absolutely terrible customer service. I have worked with other warranty companies who put these guys to shame. Do not waste your time with this company. What they offer is worthless.

    Worst experience every time Ive had to use them! They say it takes 24 to 48 hours for them to respond but then when it is well over that, they say they never got the paperwork to cover their **** even though it was verified by the mechanic that it was sent.Then once they do actually respond, they pay less than half of the bill every time and it is such a fight to even get that. Worst warranty company ever I would never recommend this to anyone else. I wish I would have done some research before paying the price I did on this worthless warranty.

    Deeply Disappointed Warranty Not Worth the Paper Its Printed On Im writing this review to warn others about my experience with Autto and their vehicle warranty. I purchased the warranty in good faith, expecting it to provide support and financial protection in the event of a major repair. Unfortunately, when I actually needed to use it, the company failed me completely.I submitted a claim after experiencing a serious transmission issue, only to have it denied due to what they claimed was a lack of maintenance. I was told that unless I could provide documentation of a transmission service, despite the fact that *** maintained my vehicle responsibly, they would not approve the claim. This kind of retroactive documentation from years previous to me owning the vehicle requirement feels like a built-in excuse to deny coverage.The companys process seems less focused on helping customers and more focused on finding technicalities to avoid fulfilling their obligations. The policy I paid for turned out to be essentially useless when I needed it most. Ive spent hundreds of dollars for a service that offered no real value, just red tape, frustration, and ultimately, zero support.Whats worse is the sense that this isnt an exception, but the norm. The entire experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I wouldnt recommend Autto to anyone. If you're considering their warranty, think twice. In my opinion, their practices are predatory, and their so-called protection is unreliable at best.I expected peace of mind. What I got was disappointment, wasted money, and an overwhelming sense of being duped.

    If I could leave a zero star review I would. These are horrible people that run a horrible business to steal money from people: I wouldnt not recommend purchasing a warranty from autto as they will do everything and anything they can to not cover your vehicles repairs. Our vehicle needs a new transmission but they will not replace it because they claim the airbags we installed to level the truck means we tow to much and therefore voids the warranty. We installed them as a just in case we ever need them and have never used them not one time. The truck has rarely towed a trailer and the times it has the trailer was within the vehicles towing capabilities. Airbags are meant to level the truck because every trailer puts strain on the back of a truck no matter how much it weighs. They are meant to protect your suspension and have nothing to do with the transmission. The turbo needs replaced as well and that also is not covered because of the air bags. We installed them to protect the longevity of the vehicle because we want it to last. We do something to maintain our vehicle and they see it as an alteration like we take it to monster truck shows. The air bags do not prove that we tow to much its just simply to protect. I would not buy any coverage from these people. Not only did they not cover it but it also sat in the shop for almost a month while we went back and forth with them while they searched for anything they could to decline any coverage. Its a disgrace, they should be ashamed of themselves. They are horrible disgusting people and I would not recommend them

    Im a mechanic shop operator. I replace a part for a customer a few days later onother part fail. but becuse the parts were identical. they denied it. even with pictures they can even seen to tell the difference between a good or bad part. insted saying that it was a bad diagnosis just becuse the part number is the same. I always keep old parts for a month if anyone wants to cuestion my job they can come ant test the old parts themselfs

    I've never had such a smooth experience with an aftermarket warranty. ****** made sure I understood the coverage I have, and was able to work everything out with my mechanic. I ended up only being out a few hundred dollars instead of a few thousand, so I'm really grateful that I made the decision to add their warranty onto my car.

    After talking with ****** ******, I now understand the Service Contract more, what it does and doesn't cover. He was also kind enough to email me the contract so I can read it in bigger print on my computer screen. I highly recommend that everyone read the contract to fully understand what is covered and how to contact the company for any repairs and/or questions.
