Doterra oils are the best. I have had nothing but good results and I trust their oils as they are CPTG certified. 100% pure oils.

Pyramid scheme 100% I have worked extra hard, spending money I do not have, in order to meet their minimum order policy. I save and save and save points, to afford a "free" product of which they get to choose to not have available. That's one. Two, I have an emergency ***** so I called to pause my account but they want me to get neighbors or friends involved and for me to order anyway OR I'll lose my entire status and all the points it took me half a year to earn. Wth?? This is a complete pyramid scheme. I told supervisor, what if an elder seller was in the hospital and couldn't order? Her reply was that she could ask family or friends to order for her!!! I'm appalled and will be canceling my account after next month when I'm allowed to spend my points. This company claims to help so many programs but I've yet to see proof and they sure don't care anything about those who buy and sell their products, making them billions. God for it you have to skip a month.. wow, just wow. Years of loyalty to them for them to discard me as an annoyance needing assistance. What a shame!

We appreciate you sharing your experience with doTERRA, ****. The Loyalty Rewards Program offers various opportunities to earn points, free product, and points percentage. The minimum amount to keep a monthly order is 1 PV per month. This includes various items such as an On Guard Toothpaste, Citrus Bliss Hand Lotion, and several other low-cost items. It is never a requirement to order 50 PV, 100 PV, or 125 PV each and every month. If one cannot order every month, we do have a few options that *** work best for our members, such as ordering whenever is needed with one-time orders. I can assure you that we have passed your situation on to our management and will leave customer feedback for them to review regarding LRP cancellations.

In December 2022 I notified doTerra by email that I had ingested an oil that was packaged as lemon but clearly was not lemon. It had a pungent taste! I expressed a concern because I was not aware of what my daughter and myself had unknowingly ingested! I was offered a replaced bottle of lemon oil! I declined the offer! Upon another attempt to resolve the issue, doTerra asked that I submit the batch number to allow them to do further investigation! I immediately emailed a screenshot of the base of bottle! To date, I have not received a response. I last contacted doTerra in late November to notify them that if there was no resolve by January 31, that I would send a sample out to a lab to have tested! Again, no response nor follow up! Not all of doTerra oils are to be ingested! I felt that they have a responsibility to me as a customer to show some concern for the safety of their oils shipped out to customers. I am still baffled!

To terminate your account you have to PRINT out a form and then take a PHOTO of it and e-mail it to them. WHO OWNS A PRINTER IN THE **** OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR 2023???? My only option at this point is to cancel my credit card!!!!

These people are CROOKS!!I cancelled my membership in 2018. Nearly 4 years later, and after no contact during that time, they debited an order valued at over AU$300 from my account! I immediately questioned the unauthorised transaction and demanded it be refunded immediately. I was told they were unable to refund and the good had already been dispatched but they apologised for the occurrence. I was assured that once I had received the tracking info, to advise them and they would issue a return slip for me to post back the package and I would then be refunded.I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM WITH A RETURN SLIP!!! Despite my follow-up!Instead, I left the package unopened and with a marker pen I wrote 'return to sender' and posted it back.I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING OR RECEIVED A REFUND!The **************************** August and it is now mid-October.
