      Ive been using essential oils since before doTERRA was even founded, and I can honestly say the integrity of both the owners and the oils has far exceeded my expectations. The level of research, testing, and quality assurance they put into every product is unmatched.What impresses me most is their commitment to purity even when it means pulling some of our favorite products if they cant source the highest quality ingredients. While its always sad to see a product go, its reassuring to know I can continue to trust their vision and promise.Theres also something powerful about seeing top hospitals and research centers repeatedly turn to doTERRA products for their studies that speaks volumes about the credibility and consistency behind the ********** a top award-winning company in the **** area. doTERRA has repeatedly earned Best of State Awards in **** (for Essential Oils/Botanicals) across many years, and has been recognized as a top workplace in the state. This makes doTERRA a winner all around in my book!

      Never have had a problem period. Their customer service is beyond expectations. So many happy helpful people when you call with help need. My only regret is I didnt start using it sooner. Love love being a small minute part of them. Thank you

      Doterra oils come from the most natural resources mostly in the country of its origin. The company stands by its products and I love that theyre pure and without artificial ingredients.

      doTERRA's oils, while pricy, are exactly what you pay for. Pure and potent. I like that the company is very transparent about where their oils are sourced from and how they are tested. Third party testing (including testing unsolicited by doTERRA) has proven over and over that their oils are not adulterated and what they claim. Multiple peer reviewed studies in medical journals should also be taken into consideration when determining the truth of their claims. Everytime I have called customer service I have received an answer immediately and never received the run around. One should also note that doTERRA oils are ONLY sold on doTERRA's website. Anyone buying oils elsewhere online (like ******) are buying fake or adulterated products as those do NOT come directly from the company.

      I have tried for many years to cancel my LRP can never get a resolution cant even get into my account and they still try to charge my cc every month and sometimes are able to. Thievery!

      They do not stand behind their products. The defuser is very cheap as in plastic.Tthe oils had expired date ! My husband said they had a chemical smell... YOU DO NOT get what you PAY for .

      The products are wonderful, but the website has glitches & you end up signing up for more than you wanted. Plus, when you have trouble with a product, you get the run around. I deeply regret buying into all their marketing tricks. Too bad because their products are actually good...if you can get them.

      Literally impossible to cancel their loyalty rewards program that automatically charges your credit card. Contact phone number never rings only getting a continuous busy signal and the live chat, option, no one pops up to chat with. Isnt this considered fraudulent?
