      These people play the Veterans song so loud, that it drowns out the fact that their junk is made in PRC! What a disgrace they are to our honorable veterans.

      I put up the Independence edition. It is an awesome flag pole, and looks really good at My cabin. The only reason I gave it four, and not five stars is because the free flag that comes with it is not up to the quality of the pole that is to fly on. It only a few days before it started tearing around the grommets. I've had to dispose of many raged old flags over the years, but it still breaks My heart, even when following the flag code. So please If You're going to provide a free flag, let it be of the same quality of the flag pole.

      Flags are wear items, no matter how much you spend on them do to their constant exposure to elements.

      Purchased the flagpole Christmas lights 2 years ago and this year one of the strands went out. I contacted the seller, and they responded very quickly "We're very sorry for the inconvenience as we are aware of the high cost and anticipation of this product" and were "eager to fix the problem" and they absolutely did! Unbelievable response with a replacement and a nice Gift card to boot for which I used by ordering a new American flag and Navy flag. Also want to add how beautiful the flagpole light is! We are the only one in our community and everyone stops to admire and comment on its beauty and looks forward to its installation every year! Definitely worth the investment especially when you know you have a company that MORE than stands behind their products! Thank you again!

      I ordered a 30 ft flagpole, collar, LED light, and weight from this company. I initially ordered from them because I am a ************ veteran and I was looking for a veteran owned company. I am so happy with their products quality as well as their customer **********************. I fly a 4X6 ft American flag as well as a USMC 3X5 ft flag. It makes me very happy to see these great symbols of our Republic flying day and night in my front yard, in fact, you can see them from the next block! The LED light ring on top is very bright. My American flag has been flown for 6 months now, and is starting to show some fading, but that is to be expected because I live in SW *******. In fact, the ******** flag is expected to show signs of fading after 90 days and it still looks pretty good after 6 months. If you are looking for a high quality product from a company with superb customer **********************, then buy your flag from this company, you won't be sorry! I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I couldn't be happier with my flagpole!

      I. Bought the 30' flag pole. It does great with the strong winds we have at the coast. I then purchased the Halloween decor for the flag pole. It did great. Winds really put a number on the pirate flag, but it does it to all my flags. Finally, we purchased the xmas tree for the flag pole. Everyone, wife neighbors and friends, loved it. This thing is amazing. It held up to high winds. 1 strand ended up not working after a few days. This company led by example. They were willing to send me an entire new xmas tree after I tested everything. I explained it was just 1 strand. Within 7 days, a new strand was here. It worked perfect. This is a great company who leads by example. A true, ***************, who looks out for people. Being a veteran myself, I was impressed. Thank you for everything. 2 more, 20 ft flag poles will be ordered soon! Great customer care! All thru emails. That's more impressive!

      I am completely satisfied. Received my order within a couple of weeks. It was easy to install and easy to change the flag. A great way to honor the memory of my husband, a ******* Veteran. This is the second pole that I ordered from this company. The first one was for our home. I will be ordering another for my new home.

      I received our flagpole tree lights right away. They came in a well protected case. I watched the video for installation but I added my own little twist because I am real big in the Christmas displays each year. We are very well pleased with the product and have had many compliments. I have done a couple of videos of my entire yard and put them online and have had close to 300 views so far. People ask me where I got these and I'll tell them I got them from servicefirstproducts.com I wanted to leave a video but have not been able to find a way to put it on my review. Thank you

      Could not be happier and more satisfied with my purchase.My pole arrived in perfect condition and at the time promised. Old Glory Flagpole emailed me during every phase of the order and shipping phase to inform me of my order status. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality flagpole and hardware to proudly fly your own Old glory!

      From the time I ordered to the time I received the flag pole kit I have been nothing short of impressed. I replaced another brand telescoping flag pole for the service first and the quality of the service first pole is much better. I love the way it looks out front of my house and I couldnt recommend this company anymore. If you are looking for a quality flag pole and an A1 company look no further than Service First.
