      I have had a Service First 25 ft telescoping flagpole for two years and it looks brand new, works easily (up and down), and has proven highly durable. We have been through two Category 3 and one Category 4 hurricanes with ZERO problems or issues. Tough as nails. Looks so nice next to our home in *******. In addition to the flagpole, we have also purchased the incredible Christmas lights that attach to our flagpole. Our friends throughout the neighborhood love to watch the lights in action. The lights are superior quality, they are a professional grade light, and like our flagpole easy to use, program, and control. So many options for the creation of your own "light show." I expect these lights to last many years because of their quality. Installation went fast and easy, taking just a bit over an hour to complete the entire process. Just another example of the products provided by Service First. Excellent products, with terrific Customer ********************** that is easy to reach and highly responsive. Finally, I love the fact that I am supporting US Veterans with a product made in the USA. Thank you for your service to our Country and for offering such great products for a great price to all. We are sincerely grateful. *****

      ************ purchased a 30' flagpole and Service First Dream Flagpole Christmas Tree Lights; back in Aug 2023 the flagpole was just as they described and easy to install. I put the lights up at the end of November and had some problems with a few of the strands. From the first email and phone calls it has been a pleasure dealing with them. All being said they sent me a new strand to get through this holiday season and a new Dream Light system for next year. If every company would put their customers first like Old Glory Flagpole, this would be a better country.Customer for Life

      Could not be happier with the service, shipping speeds and products. I have made three purchases thus far thru Service First and could not be happier. I originally purchased a 20' sectional flagpole for my yard. The product came fast, well packed and with great quality. It looks beautiful and I've been very happy with it. I live at the top of a hill where it is extremely windy and it has held up tremendously. Later on I needed to buy a replacement part (to no fault of theirs) and it came immediately. Most recently I bought the kit to turn the flagpole into a Christmas tree. I don't quite know what I was expecting but the product far exceeded my expectations. The quality and features were way more than I thought I was getting. I like to support Veteran businesses whenever I can but with them, that is an added bonus because they truly are the best.

      Ive always had a flag setup on the ***** of my house and always wanted a real flag pole to raise Old Glory on. These flagpoles are top shelf. I had it setup in the morning. By that evening the concrete was set enough to raise my flag. I could not be happier with my purchase. Buy the bundle, you wont regret it.

      Purchased 3 of the Freedom Edition 30 Foot Flag Poles. Also 3 Sleeves and Tether Kits. They arrived and were installed with no issues. Great customer ********************** when ordering also. Looking forward to getting years of use from these Flag Poles.

      After installing several lesser lighted flag poles from other companies, I found Service 1st.This flag pole is absolutely the best one Ive ever bought and installed. Starting from the base that protects the flag pole from rust and moisture, inside the buried underground sleeve, to the thick walled aluminum, push button locks to retract and extend the pole, and the great flag attach points that really swivel. Ropes that raise and lower the flag get tangled and usually dont let the flags pivot with the wind.This pole is awesome. Thank you so much.********************* ******, *******

      Ordered their Christmas lights and freedom edition flag pole. Everything turned out better than expected. Shipping was fast and great communication with the company. Would definitely order from them again.

      I was very happy to support a Veteran business because I trust family. Veterans are my family. This new flag and pole came within days of ordering.
